This rare tiny A-Frame cabin is a cozy getaway in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia—nestled between state parks (Black Rock, Tallulah Gorge/Falls, Moccasin Creek), popular outdoor destinations (Lake Rabun/Burton/Seed, Minnehaha Falls) & miles of hiking trails! Nearby is the charming historic town of Clayton (est. 1819); home to the flagship Wander outdoor store, amazing food spots (Wood-fired pizza, Cuban, Mexican, Italian, American, etc.) & lovely shops. Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Couples Cozy Cabin

The Couples Cozy Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Clayton and close to stores, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, wineries, Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton and Lake Rabun. Rent a boat 3 miles away at Anchorage Marina on Lake Burton and enjoy the restaurants in Clayton. The space: Clean and spacious. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are less than 10 minutes from downtown Clayton. The charming city has shops, coffee, restaurants, a brewery and Wander North Georgia. Nestled in the woods, yet minutes to historic downtown Clayton! House is cute, quaint, & comfy! This is Not a tiny home. Sleeps four. We have a large deck and a fire pit. I love to sit outside with coffee in the morning to hear the birds sing and at night to watch the stars! Free WIFI for streaming on Smart TV. I offer Free Amazon Prime. Close by are many trails, waterfalls, rivers and lakes! Ask about my other two bedroom cottage (The Cozy Rose) also minutes to downtown Clayton.

Betty's Creek Loft in Rabun Gap.

The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

The deck leads down to a private back yard with a covered patio and lighted fire pit with fire wood.
