Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.

Located beside the famous Sea Caves and just minutes from Fundy Trail Provincial Park, Sea Breeze Cottage is an ideal base for coastal adventure. Enjoy nearby hiking, kayaking, and the unforgettable experience of walking on the ocean floor at low tide. The beach and local restaurants are only a two-minute walk away. Built in the 1880s, this historic home features wide wooden floorboards and original plaster walls upstairs, blending character, comfort, and seaside charm.
