Including games room w/ billiard, fooseball, darts & karaoke. This is separated from the suites. Oasis backyard w/ outdoor Sauna Outdoor games, fire pit, bbq. Outdoor loud noise until midnight to respect neighbors. However indoor noise no time limit. Thank you. Shared property but not guests space.

Beautiful little cottage on homestead just 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach. Come connect back with the land and walk the gardens on this quaint little farm. We have Nigerian Dwarf Goats to cuddle with and many free-range chickens. We offer farm tours and fresh coffee. Lots to explore in the area and a quick drive to the beach or old growth forest. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.

We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
