We really loved our stay at valampuri. The staff were very helpful for all of our needs, Akash and Javid really looked after us and always made sure everything was ok. The food was tasty and the rooms clean. There is a boat service to the kite spot and you can also access by scooter or tuktuk. The hotel is just up wind of the kite spot, so quickly accessible. Definitely recommend this place for a good friendly time in kaliptya.

beautiful resort , a friendly and a warm host Mr Venu .. being a solo traveller vacationing , Mr Venu and his team ensured I was taken care of well even in terms of my safety .. the service is impeccable and the view from the lagoon is amazing.. I will recommend this place to everyone travelling to kalpitiya.. the location n accessibility is also very good 😊..

Sam and Nilu are great hosts and they were attentive to us and provided us with everything we've asked. He was always around for us to ask any questions about any tips. They have gone beyond and done everything to give us a good experience for our little holiday. I can't highly recommend them enough.

Sam et Nilu proposent des logements originaux très sympathiques et très bien entretenus. Ce sont des hôtes très intéressants pleins de conversations et de bons conseils, avec pleins de petites attentions (jus d'orange et thé à l'arrivée ou quand nous rentrions d'escapades, petits snacks pendant l'apéro par exemple). Nilu est une cuisinière hors paire il faut absolument goûter à son poisson et à ses petits déjeuner. Sam est un plongeur sous marin confirmé qui propose également de faire de la plongée avec lui. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en leur compagnie notre meilleur logement au Sri Lanka sans conteste. La localisation des cabanes et parfaite à deux pas des pêcheurs et ainsi vous prometra de bonne balades aux bord des plages.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Sam. Le logement était conforme à la description. Sam a été très réactif et plein de bons conseils durant tout notre séjour. Il faut juste avoir en tête que le logement est vraiment isolé de tout et qu’il est donc nécessaire d’avoir un moyen de transport pour chaque déplacement. Je ne peux que recommander !

Sam is a great Host! Always helping me with anything I needed. I felt always safe there, cute little huts. Little breakfast always on time! Relation price - quality is fair. I’ll comeback here
