No cleaning fee, minimal check out instructions.

Charming dwn/twn basement apt with two bedrooms. One room features a queen bed, and the other bedroom features a full bed. We are one block from favorite local restaurants, breweries, and the popular Saturday market. We are home to both University of Idaho and WSU families. And we are only a hop skip and a jump from Moscow Mt which features 80 miles worth of trails for both the hiking and Mt biking enthusiasts.
