Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Walk distance from Sea Glass beach, restaurants, markets and pharmacy. 2&1, complete kitchen, dining/living room with sofa-bed. First room-queen bed/ Second room 2 twin beds and 1 full bed with a/c. Well equipped with towels, blankets, pillows, cooking pots, WiFi, Netflix,etc..

The apartment features private bedroom and bath in a local neighborhood. A living room, kitchen with refrigerator/freezer & gas cook stove. Located 2 blocks from the ferry in the neighborhood of Moropouse, Isabel Segunda. We are in a local neighborhood. Remember you are in the Caribbean where there are mosquitoes, insects, and other wildlife. Do not book here if you have any aversión to wildlife or unrealistic expectations of myself, or my beautiful space.

Enjoy the private downstairs apartment in our two-story house. It features a full open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a queen bed in the bedroom with AC, a sofa that pulls out to become a second bed, and a shower with hot water. There is smart TV. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
