nous avons séjourné 1 semaine chez Kati et tout étais parfait , le logement il n'y a rien a dire tout est propre , c'est grand , il y a tout ce qu'il faut. nous sommes a 50min de Rovaniemi avec une route direct et très accessible. nous avons vue un soir des aurores boréales par la fenêtre , c'était magnifique. je recommande ce logement .

Merci Katja, nous avons passé deux jours incroyables à Ranua. La maison est très fonctionnelle, accessible. Se lever le matin et déjeuner face a la fenêtre en ayant l’impression d’être au cœur de la forêt, quel plaisir ! L’emplacement est superbe. Merci encore pour le feu de camp, pour le temps pris pour tenter de communiquer avec nos enfants, et pour l’attention que vous avez eu pour eux. Je recommande vivement !

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ilkka hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Straße und ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Sauna ist prima, die Betten bequem und das Sofa neu. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ilkka hat uns Langlaufski und Schneeschuhe günstig organisiert und eine Loipe für uns gespurt, die hinter dem Haus losging. Polarlichter haben wir auch 2x gesehen. Alles war super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cabin! It was the perfect cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We especially loved the sauna and the private area outside where we could enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for our stay. The location was ideal, just a short drive from Oulu but still in a peaceful and natural setting. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Finnish countryside.

Kari und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Ausbesserungen sind nötig (zB defekte Küchenschublade) jedoch waren die Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab. Sie haben diese dann auch schnellstmöglich gelöst. Es wäre informativ gewesen, wenn man gewusst hätte, dass der Indoor-Pool nicht beheizt ist. In Finnland vermutlich normal, für uns Deutsche jedoch ungewohnt (besonders im Winter ;-)) Insgesamt empfehle ich die Unterkunft und die netten Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter. Sicher auch im Sommer wunderschön hier!!! PS:Besonders freundlich fand ich, dass wir bei Polarlichtern in unserem Garten proaktiv "rausgeklingelt" wurden-vielen Dank, das war ein tolles Erlebnis...

The accommodation was super nice. We were 4 friends and spent a week there. The peace and solitude made the house unique. But you definitely need a car! The kitchen was super well equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, oven and little things like oil, flour, sugar and tea. So really perfect! The fireplace in the evening made everything nice and cozy. But the highlight was that we could see the Northern Lights from the house and only had to drive 5 minutes to see the whole sky full of the lights! We would come back again and again! :)

Erittäin siistit ja toimivat tilat. Hyvä varustelutaso kaikin puolin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli saippuat, shampoot, ja muutakin peruskosmetiikkatuotteita. Majoittaja oli hyvissä ajoin etukäteen yhteydessä käytännön asioista, ja kaikki kommunikaatio toimi erittäin hienosti. Koira oli matkassa, ja lähellä on mukavia lenkkeilypaikkoja. Suosittelen vahvasti!

Hemos pasado unos días de trabajo fantásticos en la University of Applied Sciencis de Oulu alojadas en casa de Valentina. El alojamiento es perfecto: cómodo, limpio, acogedor, práctico y con encanto. También, muy práctico y cercano para ir a la universidad. Con buen sistema de transporte (autobuses) y en una zona residencial, tranquila y cerca de la naturaleza. Muy recomendable!

Perus siisti kolmio hyvällä sijainnilla rauhallisella alueella. Palveli meidän pikaisen yöpymisen matkalla pohjoiseen paremmin kuin hyvin. Voitaisiin tulla toistekin.

Le due host sono estremamente gentili e ti fanno sentire a casa. Il cottage è fornito di tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. La sauna è un plus straordinario, provvista di tutto. Il luogo è incantevole, nella pace assoluta, con un panorama mozzafiato perfetto per osservare l'aurora.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Janne and Laura’s place. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly nature. The cabin is beautifully situated in a peaceful, scenic area that feels like a true escape into nature. One of the absolute highlights was the private outdoor whirlpool and the sauna—both were absolutely perfect after a day of exploring the snowy surroundings. The attention to detail and care they’ve put into the space really shows, making it both cozy and comfortable. We visited in March and were lucky enough to witness the northern lights dancing across the sky right from the property—an experience we’ll never forget. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. If you’re looking for an authentic and relaxing Lapland getaway, we couldn’t recommend this place more!
