We are also just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Please note that these water toys are shared with other guests in our other units. Waterfront Private apartment that is fully furnished. Private deck. fantastic views overlooking Juba Sound. within 7mins to Grace Bay, world famous Grace Bay Beach and shops. Very quiet and safe area. Infinity edge pool included. Glorious sunsets. BBQ on the waterfront. Only a couple of mins away from popular Kite Surfing spot. There is also a Kayak available for guests use down on the waterfront. This is the only rental unit on property, you will be the only guests.

Situated in the Discovery Bay Canal "Poco Villa" is a separated complete studio with a view of the canal and access to a freshwater pool and sun decK with bar and barbeque. The accommodation is a one a/c unit with a full kitchen living room and tv. Its a peacefull place surrounded by water. There are two units for rent on this property the other "Coco Villa" both being double occupancy. We do suggest our guests have a vehicle rental to explore the island.

Sandpiper Cottage, minutes from the beach

Kick back and relax in this delightful modern one bedroom cottage in the high end residential gated community of Leeward. Grace Bay Beach, most recently voted “The best in the world” is only a 4 minute walk away! This cozy cottage is perfect for a couple, wanting to relax and have some downtime. Complete with full kitchen, washer/dryer/ BBQ, high speed internet with cable TV and all amenities needed for the perfect getaway.

Located in walking distance to the main supermarket and gracebay west beaches (Bight Park), it makes the perfect island getaway.

Villa Jayla is located on the south side of Providenciales approximately 1 mile from the famous sapadilla and Taylor bay beaches. the Beautiful Villa sits on the south side of the Island over looking the sound where you can go kayaking or chill and look at the beautiful sunset. We now have a paddle board!
