We had an amazing two nights stay. Booked the luxury 1 King bedroom suite with ocean/garden view and it was excellent! The pools were excellent and the beach was clean and easily accessible. Freshly prepared complementary breakfast was an added treat. It was truly a value for the money. Highly recommended!

Dolphin House was sonority Beautiful. Sherry was a very attentive and personable host.

I loved the closeness to the beach, the views were amazing from all over the house and balcony! We loved the amenities, and felt very safe. Although there was a dock/ work yard nearby that was busy constantly and very noisy, while this didn’t really bother me it could be problematic for a light sleeper. We also went over the electrical allowance with only 2 people, when our trip was originally planned for 4-6 people, we did take advantage of the laundry and cooked in the kitchen. Although we were not excepting a $100+ electric bill at checkout especially considering we were hot in the bedrooms downstairs. I cannot fathom how much we would’ve gone over with more people. (There was a meter the host showed us how to read upon arrival, but he advised us with 2 people we likely wouldn’t go over so we didn’t bother to pay attention to this and apparently should have)

Absolutely fabulous location!! The size of the condo was huge and perfect for our family of four!! We loved having a pool onsite and beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The only thing missing were trash bags and maybe a few kitchen staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all about our stay!!

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

The Dolphin house was the perfect place to host to accommodate my family and friends, who travel with me to celebrate my 50th birthday. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was celebrated by giving a lot of venue recommendations. Always in constant communication to ensure my group had what we needed. I will recommend this place over and over. If you are traveling to Turks and Caicos please look bro staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at oscars place. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but if you plan on renting a car and visiting multiple beaches like we did, the location is very central - while still giving you a great view of grace bay. We also felt very safe here, there was always security at night and the units were gated. Oscar was also very responsive and offered helpful suggestions for things to do. The only thing I would suggest is that the unit include a sturdier beach umbrella and foldable beach chairs. Otherwise, everything was as described.

Our stay at Yadleys place was amazing! We loved everything about it. Yadley was a great host, always responsive and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed everything. The pool was a great place to spend our mornings before heading out for the afternoon. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to TCI

Great stay. Mark was very responsive & accommodating. The space is comfortable, well managed and spacious. Exactly like described. Everything is only a few minutes drive away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Patricia and her family were absolutely AMAZING! The place was even better than described. We originally had a terrible Airbnb and were in a rush to get out. We booked Turks Haven Villa very last minute. Patricia immediately approved it and even let us check in at 7:30 am (well before check-in) so we wouldn't have to be uncomfortable. Patricia walked us through the whole house and gave us recommendations. We even used the snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers and the paddle board. The spot is a three-minute walk to a beautiful beachfront and incredible water. We even used the pool every day. We would 100% stay here again!!! It was even more memorable because we got engaged while we were here!!! :)

Had a wonderful trip to T&C and Tim’s place was just perfect for us. Looks just like the pics, easy to find, super clean. If you love marinas and are looking for a quieter stay than the big resorts this is the perfect spot. I walked the docks multiple times a day and saw tons of sea turtles, jellyfish, barracuda and even a few small rays. Hummingbirds in the beautiful flowers that surround the complex. A short drive to the downtown & resorts. Several great restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the condo and a great beach/snorkel spot. We really loved our stay and Tim was a fantastic host :) thank you!

Allyson was very responsive and quite helpful during our stay. The condo is immaculate with great amenities. At low tide we walked into the beach at the property and saw many fish all around us without any snorkel gear. The construction noise next door can get loud on the balcony, but generally inside it is quiet. The two pools and onsite cafe were wonderful surprises.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation is beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with all the little details thought of to make the stay even more enjoyable. The host is simply amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality made my stay truly special. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity and for making this experience so memorable. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for everything! This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

This is a beautiful unit on a stunning property in a more quiet/secluded part of Provo. Everything was very well maintained and the amenities are fantastic (gorgeous pool, hot tub, ample lounge chairs at both pool and beach, and a great restaurant right on site)! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and was fully stocked with everything you need (aside from groceries). You definitely need to rent a car as the property is about 25 min from the heart of Grace Bay/restaurants/shopping, etc. However, if you are looking for a quiet location without the crowds, you won't be disappointed! Second time staying at Aqua Del Rose and everything was fantastic. We absolutely loved the private beach front property. Pictures say a thousand words and walking through the front door you have the most amazing view of the turquoise blue water in the beach behind the cottage. The location on Long Bay is phenomenal as the beach out back is so convenient and one of the nicest areas. We walked the beach every morning and some properties have lots of rocks near the water but not this one. If you stay here highly recommend renting a car so you can go to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Looking forward to a return trip!

Amazing home and very responsive host. The location was secluded with enough privacy which we wanted, but it wasn't far from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in the other locations. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, including a beach cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and secluded! Just what we were looking for. Very clean and well kept. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub on premise along with a restaurant/bar. Music on Friday night. Great atmosphere! We loved it!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was amazing and within walking distances to the restaurants on Grace Bay. The beach was incredible. Just make sure to have towels or pickle ball paddles as they are not provided. Leola was incredible once we arrived and always being responsive.
