Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift. Parkplätze in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Der Ort Haslach ist geschichtlich eng mit der Textilkultur verbunden. Hier befand sich einst das Zentrum der Mühlviertel Weberei und des Leinenhandels. Ein Besuch des Webereimuseums lohnt sich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer besonders schönen und modernen Aufstockung im Zentrum von Linz. Sie ist sehr großzügig und verfügt über zwei Balkone zu einem ruhigen Innenhof und einer Terrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Große Verglasungen durchfluten die Wohnung mit viel Licht.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
