We loved staying at Leo’s place. His co-host Sow was very welcoming and helpful, organising bicycles for us which were necessary as the house is located a little out of town. The house is spacious and cool. The location is great, just a minute from the beach. Ban Krut is a beautiful beach town with a surprising amount to offer. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

This place is perfect! Everything is brand new and super modern. It's very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The bed is super comfortable and there is a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It's really quiet and private, perfect for working remotely, kite surfing holidays or just relaxing. There is a pool next to the house as well. The hosts BeBe and Klaus are super nice and responsive. BeBe even came and picked us up and helped us move - so sweet! We felt very taken care of. I can definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

On se sent en sécurité le logement situé en résidence privée bénéficie d'une surveillance et un gardiennage irréprochables. Le personnel est sympathique. La maison fidèle à la description. Elle est belle, pratique et agréable La première piscine est à 100m du logement, la deuxième,plus grande en bord de mer. Une des deux chambres du haut donne sur la route, cela peut-être dérangeant pour certaines personnes. Nous y étions pour nouvel an je suppose que c'était bien plus animé que d'habitude. Les hôtes répondent rapidement, sont fort sympathiques et de très bons conseils.

Nice and clean place! Not in the main tourist area but a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. You can get a grab and quickly be at tourist spots. Toei was very friendly and helpful! We needed a fan for the ground floor and she had one delivered for us the first night. She even helped set up a motorbike rental for me!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Easy seamless check in and we arrived to a beautiful welcome basket of fruit and a fridge full of beers, water and milk. The house was incredibly homely and spacious with a well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking. Deepa and Andy were incredibly accommodating allowing us to extend our stay by 4 extra nights. We had a wonderful time and already looking forward to going back!

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had the most amazing stay at this villa in Hua Hin! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning sunset views every evening. The private pool was a big hit with everyone. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our family group and the garden and outdoor seating areas made it feel like a private paradise. We loved having our morning drinks with the sea breeze and hearing the gentle waves all day long. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the booking process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with your loved ones, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

We fell in love with the place. It's even better then in the pictures. Our daughter loved the pool area, daytime and nighttime (there were awesome lights in the pool). There was clear directions about ordering food and rides, and many options to choose from. House was clean and everyone around the neighbourhood was super friendly. We have been to Hua Hin numerous times, but this place was our favorite. If you are ever thinking of selling the house, please contact me first 🙂🙏

Daniel's pool villa was wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean but most of all, the pool was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. This is a place you can truly relax. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 week stay along with our small dog. The yard is secure so we could let our pup enjoy the yard with no worries. Daniel was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and good places to eat. We highly recommend this property and will stay again!

We were also provided with extra drinks and goodies at check in which made our stay very comfortable. The location is great and close to the beach with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Sirima was a wonderful host and responsive to any question we had. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Baan Tony is a lovely place. The house is split into multiple sections, with bedrooms and living room all surrounding the stunning pool (two main bedrooms at one end, living room in the middle and the two smaller rooms the other side) with the kitchen, laundry and garage slightly off to one side so they don’t spoil the pool effect. Garden was immaculately kept with blooming flowers everywhere. The place is also gated for security with only two other places near by (both also massive so no where near really). There’s a big tv and sound system in the main room plus board games and a desk for work plus outdoor speakers. The staff (cleaners mainly but also a security guard and gardeners) were all very friendly and deeply respectful. Ted himself manages the property on behalf of his family from Holland. It’s been built and owned by his family for decades and he knows everything about the property and area. Very friendly and responsive. Would 💯 go back.

Mon séjour dans cette maison a été une expérience inoubliable, non seulement grâce à la beauté des lieux, mais surtout grâce à l'accueil exceptionnel de mes hôtes. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été reçu avec une gentillesse et une bienveillance rares. Ils m'ont même invité à dîner dans leur propre maison et même au restaurant. Nous avons partager des moments conviviaux qui m'ont fait sentir comme chez moi. Chaque matin, j'avais le plaisir de déguster un petit-déjeuner gargantuesque, aussi copieux que délicieux. Des produits frais, des saveurs authentiques et une attention aux moindres détails qui rendaient ces moment encore plus agréable. De plus, l'ambiance de la ville est tout aussi envoûtante : paisible, chaleureuse, avec un charme hors du temps qui invite à la détente et à la découverte. Une véritable parenthèse enchantée ! Wonderful place🩷Relaxing and peaceful, close to the beach, the house had everything that you would need. Host was welcoming and nice :) gave recommendations for places and explained everything, I felt safe and I felt like I can rely on someone for help.

A beautiful home. Fantastic for a large family/friend group. Well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, pool table and karaoke were a hit. A few minutes walk to 7 eleven, cafes and the beach. Easy parking. Short drive to the night markets and the main shopping malls. The place felt private and safe.
