Posillipo, Nápoles: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

L'appartamento di Ferdinando si trova in una posizione tranquilla e panoramica a circa trenta minuti a piedi da Castellammare di Stabia (dove con il treno si possono facilmente raggiungere Pompei, Napoli e Sorrento). La casa é pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata. Dal balcone c'è una splendida vista sul golfo di Napoli e sul Vesuvio. Ferdinando ci ha accolti con precisione e gentilezza; anche durante il soggiorno si é dimostrato disponibile per darci consigli ed informazioni utili. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing place, nice terrace with an awning protecting from rain if happens. A lift (an elevator) allowing easy access to sea shore (7AM - 7PM) is just over the corner. Restaurant, coffee bar, grocery store are at walking distance.

Excellent séjour chez Marco. Un accueil chaleureux, des conseils précieux, un emplacement très pratique pour rayonner à Naples, Pompei ou su la côte amalfitaine. Le garage fermé est un vrai plus. Pour finir, un appartement atypique très sympa, vaste et confortable. Merci Marco, c'était top!

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

This Airbnb is in a stunning location, right on the seafront with an amazing selection of restaurants on the doorstop! Short walk from the port area and easily walkable from the old town too. Lorenzo was really responsive and super helpful, he even kindly let us check in a little bit early. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Napoli 🇮🇹

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Our host Giuseppe was extremely helpful and informative and made sure our stay was comfortable. The area was very nice! Beach at walking distance was awesome! Lots of local shops in the area which was very convenient so no car needed!

Highly recommend this place if you’re in Naples! It’s 5min walk from the seaside and 5min walk from the metro station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants and everything you might need during your stay, supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop, bakery. This is the 2nd time I’m visiting Naples, the first time I was closer to the airport area and this is definitely so much better for everything I listed above. The host is very responsive and she was so nice she left us some drinks, checked on us before, after and during the stay in case we needed anything.

Maria en Antonietta zijn vriendelijke gastvrouwen. het appartement is zoals de foto's laten zien schitterend gesitueerd met inderdaad een prachtig uitzicht. veel zon op t balkon. voor de avondzon en zonsondergang kan je op het dakterras terecht. we konden gebruik maken van het zwembad en de mooie kasteeltuin, dat is echt fantastisch. Het stadje is niet zo toeristisch als Positano of Sorrento. Dit maakt het als verblijfplaats juist heel leuk waarbij je nog echte italiaanse winkels en restaurants treft. wat ook fijn van deze locatie is, is dat je na het uitchecken nog even in de tuin en t zwembad kan verblijven om vervolgens naar bv de airport te gaan. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en je ziet dat goed gebruik van wordt gemaakt. bedden prima. keuken en eetkamer : gezellig, eigen (bewaakte) parkeerplaats is ook echt heel fijn in deze regio. we zouden zeker weer terug komen.

We had a beautiful stay and Andrea’s stunning accommodation. It’s a unique and striking location. Andrea was more than helpful before and during our stay. Even assisting with organising and receiving a forgotten item at our previous location stay. Very thoughtful host indeed and helped to make us feel right at home, as well as good local recommendations.

Maria Cristina was an amazing host for our trip. We were looking for something a bit different and the setting of a castle with stunning views, in a great location, and this hit the nail on the head. We couldn't have felt more welcome with great communication all the way through, as well as a plethora of restaurant recommendations not only in Vico Esquense, but when we travelled to Naples too. We made the mistake of hiring a car, which was absolutely not needed given the transport options available, both trains and buses in the local area. Getting to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples were so easy, and the bus to Amalfi or Positano would have been easier than driving. We would highly recommend for a honeymoon or baby moon and will be recommending to anyone we know coming to the area.

This place was wonderful. Off a quiet street just outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Was more than enough room for our family of 7. Private parking for our car was convenient for our excursions in the area. Raffaele was an excellent host, always responsive and even set us up with an affordable and AMAZING Amalfi Coast driving tour. We all agreed we will stay here again on our next visit to Sorrento! 5 stars!

The apartment is gorgeous! It exceeded our expectations. The view from the living room window is stunning. I didn’t realize that the apartment is 2 floors with a private elevator. It is very spacious and bright. Directly across the street is a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea with restaurants and the elevator to the beach. Sant’Agnello has a wonderful bakery and nice market just a ten minute walk up the hill. The center of Sorrento is an easy 25 minute walk. We loved the location. We also booked tours with Sorrento Vibes that were fantastic. Our family was picked up at the train station and did the tours of Napoli and Pompeii on the way to Sant’Agnello. We also took the semi private boat tour of Capri which was a wonderful day. Sant’Agnello has many restaurants The best pizza of our vacation was at Il Ruttino, right around the corner. I can’t recommend this place more highly if you want to be a little outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento and the Amalfi coast

Mary was the best host that we meet in any stay on our 30 day trip to Italy. In fact, we plan on returning and spending a week there on my wife’s next birthday. The place is magnificent in a Jesuit monestery overlooking the golf of Naples. It is a breathtaking place

We can’t thank Giuliani enough for a perfect stay in Positano for our group of 6. We arrived on an extremely rainy day and had trouble with our phones but Giuliana was patient and helped greet us and another friend who arrived later. Some of our guests were particular about water temperature and Giuliana took care of it right away. The space was perfect and we used both the steps and the bus to get into town. An absolutely wonderful value and experience- we loved it so much!

Se desiderate visitare Napoli senza soggiornare nel “caos positivo” del Centro storico, ma ricercate una posizione che vi ricordi “sempre” che la capitale partenopea è una splendida città di mare, allora non potete che scegliere la dimora di Stefano affacciata direttamente sulla spiaggia . Appena potremo ritorneremo e consiglieremo ad amici e parenti di seguire la nostra scelta!

La casa è un sogno! Arredamento curato, molto spaziosa, ma sopratutto vista stupenda e posizione inimitabile. Si dorme con il rumore del mare! Sono presenti tutti gli elementi necessari per sentirsi a casa. Host sempre presente e reattivo a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consigliatissima!

Buena ubicación, queda en piano di Sorrento que está a 2 estaciones en metro de Sorrento o 30 minutos caminando, se puede ir caminando y disfrutar de las vistas. Eso sí, te cobran un impuesto de 4 euros por persona por cada día que te quedes ahí, es algo a tener en cuenta y se tiene que pagar en efectivo.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et fonctionnel, cadre très calme et proche du bus. Nous sommes ravis de ces deux jour passés dans l'appartement de Gabriele!

Andrea and her brother, Mattiar, were AMAZING hosts! The house was just as described and close walking distance to the train station - which made day excursions and travel that much easier! Andrea was SO flexible when it came to our check-in, we had issues leaving the states due to storms and had to check in a day late and she was even willing to extend our day to accommodate the missed day - she completely went above and beyond! The Airbnb had all the basic needs- toilet paper, paper towels, soap as well as all the every day items in the kitchen! They even provided bottles of water for each day we stayed!! We would hands-down stay at Andrea and Mattiar’s Airbnb again! Thank you bunches!! Ciao!
