Simons home was so beautifully designed, we felt right at home during our stay. The skateboarding ramp was a hit with my 4yo as well as the 3min walk to the beach with the perfect rocky area for little ones to spend hours finding treasures and crabs. The house was warmed upon arrival and we loved it so much we will definitely be going back 🤍

Gorgeous home that has everything you could need, surrounded by lovely gardens that attract birdlife. Quiet, peaceful location with views to Westernport Bay. Ian could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommended.

Very close to town, all clean, check-in was easy. I'm quite tall and found the double bed a bit short but not a big deal. Would happily stay again. Thanks

Well furnished and thought-out studio with everything we needed to stay for 2 nights. We were able to cook and were kitchen had the basic ingredients like oil, salt pepper. Host even provided milk, Tim Tams and oats. Loved the little living area with sofas and TV to unwind. Neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet.

I booked this listing for my parents on their first time visiting Melbourne. Everything matched the description on the add, Andrea is a super host that helped my parents feel right at home. She has great recommendations from the surroundings and the place is cozy and gives a lot of privacy to the guests. My parents found it easy to communicate with them and she was always responsive when I had questions or needed to check details about their stay. The location is great, full of convenience on a walkable distance, plenty to see and do, easy to commute to the city and yet very quiet for when you need to rest. Not to mention how cool the place is, full of books to unwind and get inspired, a small kitchen where you can prep your meals and a nice outside area to chill. 5/5!!!

What a great wee delight tucked away and private. We loved the design and layout of the place. Clean and tidy and tranquil. Although a wee bit tricky down an alley, the instructions were excellent and not a long walk to the trams and bustle of Brunswick or to get into the city. Would happily revisit and recommend.

We loved our stay in the middle of the bush where we could watch the birds while having breakfast. It was fantastic to be just a short drive from the beach - the best of two worlds! Can't wait to come back, maybe in the cooler months to try out the fireplace.

Lyndall truly is a fantastic host! Her responsiveness was exceptional, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The apartment offered a wonderfully peaceful and quiet retreat, exactly the tranquility we were seeking. The convenience of having the number 1 and 6 trams a couple of steps away made exploring the city an absolute breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will absolutely be booking again.

My partner and I stayed at Janet and Franks for about a month as we had just moved to Melbourne! Not only is it in a great location close to lots of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and shops but Janet and Frank were so lovely and great hosts all around! The studio apartment is in their garden which has a lovely deck to sit out on and there is use of bikes as well, making it easy to get around! We really loved our stay and would recommend it anyone!

We had a lovely stay at Maurice’s. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the front garden. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend.
