We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Melbourne! It was the perfect space for our small family, and our young toddler felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic — just a 10-minute walk to the city, with the aquarium close by and the Melbourne Zoo only a 15-minute drive. There were also so many great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment felt secure and safe throughout our stay, which was very reassuring. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne!

The pictures you see of Swan Bay Views cannot prepare you for the amazing experience you will have when visiting. Glenys and Geoff go above and beyond to help any person staying at their AirBnB. This private space has all you can ask for - a TV with numerous entertainment options, a fully decked kitchen with an array of amenities, a comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom/laundry, a cosy backyard and the inviting spa. We highly recommend the continental breakfast, especially the sourdough bread and home-made jams. You will not want for anything, nothing is too much trouble and Glenys is a wealth of local knowledge. We have found our new home away from home. You have given us some food for thought and we’ll be thinking long and hard. Moby, our 14 year old dog also had the best time and enjoyed your pet friendly house and yard. If only we could rate more than 5 stars! We’ll be sharing with our friends :)

This was our first family trip to St Kilda, and we were very pleased with Marcus and Zahra’s apartment. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, with tram stops conveniently right out front and plenty to do within walking distance. The space was nicely equipped, just as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t encounter any issues, but Marcus was proactive in reaching out to ensure everything was going smoothly, which we appreciated. We’re already looking forward to returning to St Kilda and would gladly stay here again!

John is a fantastic host — extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any queries. Even though there was a lift failure at the apartment during our check-in, John went out of his way to assist us, which made the whole process much smoother. The place looked even bigger than the photos and is perfect for a large group of people! Overall very clean and great amenities available for the price you pay. Saba was very kind when greeting us and gave us a breakfast basket, as well as showing me herself how to get into the house/parking area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ben & Murray's place. I visit Melbourne once a year and stay either in Toorak or South Yarra. B&M's place is the best I have stayed in so far (and apart from one incident, I have enjoyed all my stays). The location is excellent, and the apartment is tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to details. Being a corner apartment, It has windows on two sides. Although I did not have a parking spot - and hence did not rent a car - I found it very easy get around using public transport and Uber from time to time. Needless to stay the location of the apartment could not be better in terms of restaurants and ease of transport.

The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, and Simone and Adam were great, responsive and accommodating hosts.

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Wow! There are no other words that can quite encapsulate how amazing our stay was here. Frank and Helen were incredible hosts providing flexibility with our check in and out, helpful instructions for our drive up to avoid backed up areas and always ready to help with anything we needed; not to mention the delicious baked goods left for us everyday made by Helen herself. The location itself is a little of slice of heaven and even better than what the pictures showed. With our very own private balcony that led onto a picturesque slice of land and nothing but the sounds of birds, we felt truly at peace here. Frank and Helen welcomed us into their paradise and made us feel more at home than we could have ever dreamt of. 这是一个令人惊叹的房子！ 首先，阳台竟然可以看到墨尔本完美的日出和日落，足不出户，270度绝美景观，以下照片都是我手机实拍，回顾他们仍然觉得不可思议。早上可以看到热气球。夜景也非常壮丽。 非常特别的是，阳台BBQ cannot be better! 夜里看着夜景烤肉&在阳台上吃，简直是最难忘的经历之一，第一次来澳大利亚的6岁的儿子兴奋的对着夜空喊出，I love here! 屋内同样非常整洁有品味，餐具和厨房设施质量极佳。很多艺术的细节。主卧电热毯非常舒适，孩子也非常喜爱儿童房。可以看出Jeff和Melinda一家十分热爱生活，爱这里。 房子的位置极佳，旁边就是气势恢宏的战争纪念馆和皇家植物园，后面是阿尔伯特公园和圣基尔达海滩。最重要的是，楼下就是tram站点，在tram主干道上，可以坐很多很多车，去哪里都十分方便。 3楼的泳池和健身房桑拿房很不错，停车场也很不错。 虽然我们走过许多国家、城市和漂亮的房子，但我仍然对这里叹为观止。难以置信的美景和享受。如果有机会，一定会再回来。 总之，PERFECT！
