Exquisite location for exploring Coquille Point and Face Rock. The stairs down to the beach are a pleasant walk of about 2 blocks away. If the surf is too high or you don’t feel like dealing with the stairs there are multiple benches with the best cliff side views of the best beach in Oregon (in my humble opinion). The house is bigger than expected with an extra finished bathroom in the garage if needed. Front living room is nice and spacious with a view of the water. Town is a mile away with a big grocery store and everything else you need. I want to go back!

Very nice and clean. They left a pumpkin pie with whip cream along with a fresh dozen eggs. Great view, quiet, I can’t say enough about how great the place and location was. We will be back if all works out.

Wonderful way to spend our Spring Break. Our children were able to get so many amazing experiences and we are very grateful. Everyone had a great time!

Monica’s house was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with most anything you would need. The location gives you easy access to the beach and the little development it is in was quiet and secure. We had a lovely stay. I would recommend Monica’s house to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay by the beach.

This is what an air bnb experience should be like. A local host that is friendly and there for anything we need. Not some big business ran company that just cares for profit. Great place and great host!

The place was spacious and well-equipped, with a large, comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The included amenities were convenient, and the location was very quiet, which was nice for unwinding. The host was friendly and communicated well, making the stay even better. Beautiful place. Stocked with plenty of disposable items to use with microwave. You can easily hear other tenants walking around. Bed was comfortable. It was roomier than the pictures looked. Hit my head a few times on the sloped roof. Great beach!!
