We offer something for everyone, from fun and games with the family to relaxing in the pool, by the fire, or in the hot tub. This is the full ground level and privacy fenced backyard with pool of a home. There is an upstairs apt for use by owners only with zero shared spaces/connection between levels. ALL PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY CONTACTING OWNER, FEE TBD.

First floor-only, complete house family fun rental. You will have a private entrance with back door entrance to pool. Families will have fun playing in the pool, playing games, or shooting a game of pool. Great private back yard covered patio with grill and table and chairs and a bathroom with shower included. The separate building is the game room that is full of after-hours fun to be had, as well as a Full bedroom with a full bath. Relax in the pool, or get your grilling on! You will also have access to a private boat launch.
