Enjoy the beach at South Padre Island with just a quick drive across the causeway and when your ready to leave the sand and traffic behind, you can come back to fish on the dock

Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $110 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village
