Centrally located overlooking Port Fairy’s beautiful East Beach and Moyne River, is our 3 bedroom freshly renovated and furnished beach house. Easily unwind spending time soaking in the ocean views from every angle or step straight outside onto the family safe beach for a walk, swim or surf. Grab a coffee or meal just metres down the beach path at the Surf Club. Or take a 5 min walk along the Moyne River and picturesque wharf to the many boutique shops and eateries that Port Fairy has on offer.

LAKE VIEW

Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Our home is located on the peaceful edge of Port Fairy overlooking one of Port Fairy’s beautiful south beaches.(please refer to updated map under our photos for exact location). Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access & magnificent ocean views. Sitting room & 1 bedroom has a rural view & located off off our courtyard. bedroom 2 has a limited ocean view

Grange Views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Mount Emu Creek Retreat

Mount Emu Creek Retreat is a self contained and eco friendly converted train carriage on a permaculture homestead on Mount Emu Creek (Tarnpirr) just out of Panmure. Take in the beautiful views of bush and farmland from the covered deck and enjoy the abundant birdlife. You might even spot platypus, koala or swamp wallaby by the creek. Mount Emu Creek Retreat is the perfect peaceful stop for couples or solo adventurers when traveling from the Great Ocean Road to Warrnambool or beyond.

Abalone Seaside family apartment

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park, and walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay, Simons and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, boogy boards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Ocean Sands is a beachfront house steps away from family friendly Pea Soup Beach and a short walk to South Beach, parks and town. This two-story home is designed to make the most of its elevated position boasting one of a kind 270-degree panoramic views of the ocean and Port Fairy. Moyne Cottage - Between the river and the sea

My place is close to beach and river. The Cottage is named after the Moyne River which is viewed from the front of the house. It is an old style house, about 100 years old which has some nice features but is basic in style and is a great place to stay and enjoy Port Fairy and surrounds. It is comfy.
