Alecia was a great host. She responded quickly to questions and resolved a minor problem as soon as possible. The inside of the home was immaculate! There was a great supply of extra bed linens and towels .The appliances were superior. We were able to squeeze 6 cars between the garage and gravel driveway. The home appears to have more parking than most. We would love to come back.

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

I loved the place, very convenient and cozy. Its green areas are very relaxing, and the pool is large and relaxing.

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

We enjoyed our vacation and chose the home as close to family and familiar with area. Booking was easy and clear communication with check in instructions. The home was exactly as expected and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the sunny fenced yard for the pup and the quiet, private, serene backyard with lovely pool and hot tub. Location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from grocery, restaurant & shoppes. Great communication, instructions, very clean and comfy! Overall such a great stay! Location - about 15 minutes by car to historic Savannah and also about 15 minutes to Tybee Island, so it is easy to navigate or use Uber/Lyft. We walked daily in the cute, safe neighborhood. We also walked to and through the Wildlife Reserve just two streets down from the house. Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Charcoal grill and seating for outdoor meals! Plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Also two loveseats and two chairs under shade (which was perfect for the 7 week old with us). Plenty of pots/pans/utensils/storage containers. Also olive oil and basic spices made cooking so much easier than if we would have had to buy those only to use small amounts. Private back yard in a quiet neighborhood. House has lots of space to spread out!

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and we had some deer visitors in the front yard both nights. 100% will stay again and looking forward to our next visit.

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. I’m always in places for extended times up to a year most times. This was the best experience I ever had in an Airbnb thank you so much for your kindness and everything done for me during my stay

We had a great stay at this charming and cozy place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the square parks that were close to the place. We also felt we were close to a lot of attractions in Savannah, so we didn't need to drive into the city to do anything. We mostly walked all over the place: 15- 20 mins stroll, and we were where we wanted to be (City Market was about a 20 min walk, Forsyth Park was 15 mins). Parking was easy at the house as well - just need to mind street cleaning days.

This really is the perfect Airbnb. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. The location is great. You can walk everywhere you would want to be as a tourist but are not in the thick of the crowded areas. Communication with the host was easy. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

For starters Alexandra’s place was absolutely beautiful, she was great with communication the bikes had a flat tire and she made sure to handle it right away, she was very sweet and over all for my first ever airbnb this was the perfect place ! And perfect host

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. It was a wonderful trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything the house , shopping , restaurants, the beach . I would highly recommend staying in Bluffton . Until next time 😉😉😉

Fantastic clean as a whistle very, very well appointed. Lots of plates, glassware, etc.. would definitely stay there again. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Great experience.

The house was great for our group of 5. The location is perfect, right off Forsyth Park, and a bit removed from the hustle and bustle near the river. Very easy to check in and out with the door code.

The stay was perfect - amazing view across the lagoon and golf course! The house is well stocked and offers a variety of sitting areas. I would definitely recommend.

Had a very nice stay. Garry is a great host and responds quickly. Lovey house with alot of antiques made you feel like you stepped back in time. Perfect location, super easy to walk to everything. Walking through the park was just beautiful. Felt very safe too. The beds are most comfortable I have ever slept in. Do be sure to read the description carefully. No bathroom or kitchen on first floor. Kitchenette is really a laundry room with a fridge, you really couldn’t cook there. I feel there is only one bathroom with a useable shower and you must go through one of the bedrooms to get there. Others don’t have one that any of us felt safe climbing in and out of. The care taker who is in the property lives in the house on the main floor. Hence, no bathroom or kitchen as I’m sure he has them in his quarters. This house really makes you think how it was to live like gentility. Nice stay.

Great house for a large group, we enjoyed ourselves. We were 16 adults and the house felt at capacity, stretching for more people wouldn’t be best. Host was great, communicative, house was clean. Would definitely stay again.
