We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Definitely will come again . Highly recommended for anyone. Felt like a home away from home and the cat was a great host as well.

Marilyn’s home is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable well equipped. Easy to get to, well maintained and squeaky clean. We had a great day and we will be back soon.

The good reviews on this does the house no justice!!!! This is the most comfortable I’ve been when staying in a home that isn’t mine! Very private, everything you need is there! The host communicates well & is very understanding! My favorite was the kitchen & pool! I will definitely return here for another mini vacation. Oh and thanks for the wine Mrs. Kathy ❤️

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

Great House! We visited this home for spring break and it had everything you could imagine! The pool is a PLUS that’s about all we did was swim! Definitely recommend this home!

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

We had such a great time when we stayed here for a few days. We’re from not too far away and yet this still made us feel like we were on a faraway vacation. We had a delay in getting to our location due to some challenges on our end and the host and Ms. Lisa were so helpful and understanding. Ms. Lisa even gave our daughter a stuffed animal upon arrival. A nice touch! We had a few questions during our stay and everyone was very helpful and responsive. We would come back!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and definitely found it at Shelly’s place. The condo is in great shape and we felt right at home. We chose to spend our days at the beach and cooked in most nights, it was perfect for us.

We’ve done Airbnb several times and this one was my family’s favorite! Great location right on the beach! From the balcony you had a great view of the ocean as well as the Halifax River. My son loved the gym and the pool table. Swimming pool and hot tub were great as well. The unit had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!
