We loved our stay here! So peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was a perfect end to our days of exploring! Great location for Hawaii's Volcano National Park, Black Sand and Green Sand beaches and sites in Hilo. Would love to stay here again sometime!

We will rent this home again if we are back to the Big Island! We really enjoyed the different spaces. The interior was open concept and a great gathering space. The lanai porch was peaceful and very pleasant mornings and evenings. The outdoor shower and hot tub was a great space for small groups to gather.

Our stay At Hale Maukele was perfect get away for a girls slumber party. Volcano Village is very close, with Gas, restaurant/bar and general store. The hot tub was the highlight of the cold nights.

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our time at this house. It’s set on a beautiful, lush property very convenient to everything on the Kona side of the island. The house was clean and very comfortable. There were tons of beach recreation supplies and the hot tub was a welcome addition! Adam was really responsive and had some great suggestions in the guest book. There’s a neighbor dog that barks in the morning, so that may wake you up if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise this was a great place to stay while exploring the island.

Absolutely gorgeous views, we enjoyed them morning, noon and night!! Plenty of space!! Extremely clean! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Great hot tub! Would stay again!

Had our family of six stay for 11 nights during spring break. Lisa’s place is nicely decorated in the Hawaiian theme.The unit is located in the Hali’i Kai resort, an upscale community in Waikoloa area. The condo was exactly as described, and we were more than comfortable there. Quick walk to the beautiful pool and right next to the pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. We saw whales from the pool deck, and the location is a great launching place to explore Hawaii. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for the great beaches in the area. Anything you need and Lisa will have her designate help you. Would definitely recommend this condo, and would return in a heartbeat!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Pamela is super welcoming and sweet, and her home is beautiful. Her place provided the perfect resting spot to head out from for a sunrise at Haleakala the next morning. Would definitely come back and stay for longer in the future.

It's a great place. It's so close to the beach, big enough for a family, and has a full kitchen with sauce and seasoning so we can cook simple food for the kids. They have most beach supplies, like chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It helps us save money on rentals.

This is a gem of a place that’s is located in a peaceful perfect location. Valerie was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered flexible early check in and late check out which we found very useful. Would highly recommend this place if you wish to stay on this beautiful island.

I had a comfortable stay. I loved the local bread and produce in the kitchen. Avocado toast with banana and papaya was amazing sitting on the front lanai. The bed was quite relaxing with lots of soothing pillows for a perfectly restful sleep.

Had an incredible experience at Joe's Jungle Treehouse. I wanted something quiet, more remote yet not too far out, with a jungle vibe. And this place is just that. I loved it and hope to be back in that hammock again soon! Thanks Joe!

Lucky to grab this location for a few days. Accommodations were great for three parties of folks. Especially great one couple could bring their dog. Unfortunately, we missed the volcano eruptions, which started the day we checked out for home. They seemed to have everything you might need and super cozy, including the reclining couch sections were comfortable enough to sleep in!!

First I would like to thank the host for going above and beyond for making me feel welcome from the moment I landed and stepped foot in their door 🫰🏾also for allowing me some extended check out time to get my washing dry in time and to tidy up the flat before I left, honestly can't thank yous enough 🥰 Nick even offered a ride to town on his way to work the next day, and offered if I would like to celebrate with his family on Anzac day ❤️ very friendly host, always asking if I'm okay or need anything or any help, I found that very helpful as it was my first stay in the cook islands, my first solo adventure 😊🙏🏾 I would definitely recommend nicks whare to any of my family and friends who would be nervous to travel alone. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend. Our family loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and the set up was perfect for our needs. We especially loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings, and falling asleep to the sound of the tree frogs. The location was a further from the ocean than we realized, but we enjoyed the lushness of the hilly terrain and would stay there again. Susan and Iris were very responsive when we reported a few minor appliance issues and it didn't impact our overall experience.

the home was a great and John was very helpful throughout our stay. The instruments onsite were an added bonus as my kids were able to delicately use some of them (one currently in guitar lessons, another in piano) while I played along with my set of harmonicas. Has a heated outdoor shower which is always nice. Didn't need to bring our own beach towels and there was plenty of beach equipment available including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. As to be expected of a jungle beach side home there are ants, termites, and critters, but none were ever a problem through our 4 night stay. No AC, but that was never a problem. Fans in all the rooms. View from the upper deck is amazing, and every morning we watched the sunrise before going out to the beaches and such. Food around town can close early so being mindful of that can be important if you want some of the best in Hana if not the whole island (braddah hutts and huli huli chicken for starters). overall, highly recommend staying here!

Check in was smooth with clear instructions. Bob had great communication and recommendations when it came to booking vehicles for our stay. The accom was well maintained and cleaned regularly by their very welcoming cleaners. The pool was a hit and kids loved it! Would definitely come back here to stay in future

This was the best first Airbnb experience. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary with our 3 young kids. This home was just beautiful. The photos do not do enough justice. The home was super spacious and TV in both rooms. Our 5yr old enjoyed the jacuzzi because it was shallow and warm. The pool was huge with a diving board. It was nice having the outdoor kitchen and grill. We were able to prepare our food while also watching the kids swim. We enjoyed her papayas, avocados, and mango. Ms. Sandra shared with us her organic eggs from her chickens, Kale, beets, basil, and lettuce from her garden. Every morning when I woke up, I couldn't wait to open the curtains and windows to see the view and hear the birds. I could go on and on about this place. Thank you Ms. Sandra. It was such a pleasure meeting you and spending time in you beautiful home🙏

Sehr schöne Gegend und Umgebung. Mit den Kindern hatten wir genügend Platz, Aussen mit Pool und Garten und Innen ist es sehr gräumig. LeeAnne hat immer sehr rasch auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Wir waren begeistert und würden wieder kommen. LeeAnne und Evan haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet.

Had an awesome stay, Marks place was beautiful close to town and the airport 10/10 will be back

The property grounds are manicured and gorgeous. The villa itself was spotless with the perfect balcony view for sunsets and our morning coffee. We were fortunate to meet Sandra who is a delight and full of local recommendations. The location is privately tucked away from the busier areas but still close enough to everything you need. The photos and description are accurate. The space was perfect for our small family of 3.

Great condo & location to beach & other activities in the area.

We had a wonderful stay with Debi and Bob! Hosts were easy to communicate with and exceptionally kind and had plenty of recommendations for activities in the area. This Airbnb is a peaceful sanctuary, overlooking the west shore. You can get some really beautiful sunsets (and the sunrises can also be quite breathtaking). Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again. The cottage is private, clean, well stocked and very perfectly located for all sorts of activities in Kona. The pool is exquisite and are a fantastic way to cool off. Thank you so much for our perfect stay!

Your place is beautiful! I love the birds singing and chicken “cuckadudalooo.” Just need a little updating on the blinds and must put blinds in all windows in the bedroom for privacy!🥰🥰🥰
