An absolute haven! The apartments are beautifully furnished with tasteful decor. You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. We had a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool which was the perfect space to have an evening drink! The apartments were a 15 minute walk from the village with a supermarket and restaurants, down a quiet country lane. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, greeting us on arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. The most wonderful place!!

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. incredible place! so well located - a relaxed village only a 10 min walk away from the lake and all the restaurants. milo was so so helpful and friendly and was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. incredible view from the pool too!!! would definitely stay again

Sara’s stay was a countryside dream, the view, the space - everything was a dream come true! I cannot recommend enough this beautiful home to share with friends ! It is out the way of everything so I recommend hiring a car for ease of getting round like we did but otherwise - gorgeous !!!! Simply Gorgeous:) Sara herself & her husband was such helpful and kind hosts!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Our stay at Nemanja's eco resort cermeniza was beautiful! we wish we'd booked an extra couple of nights. Nemanja is a helpful and friendly host who gave us good recommendations for activities and restaurants in the main village Virpazar. the villa itself is clean and has a gorgeous terrace area with a lush view. the surrounding resort is peaceful with a lovely pool area. it's a 20min walk into Virpazar where you can access boat trips and restaurants etc the walk is flat and safe. we did the wine tasting which I would recommend, Nemanja was great and we learnt about the resort and local area. I would come back to this lovely air bnb and couldn't recommend highly enough!

Dragan ואישתו המקסימה Mira קיבלו אותנו בהתראה ממש קצרה, מעכשיו לעכשיו. הגענו רק מאוחר בערב. הנסיעה הארוכה לבית היתה בחושך בדרכים צרות ומפותלות מאוד והגענו מותשות. מייד התקבלנו בחיוכים ובקבלת פנים חמה על ידי שניהם ושני הכלבים המתוקים שלהם, מזגו לנו שנאפס ושרי ביתיים להפיג את הלחץ מהנסיעה הארוכה, ואבטיח מתוק טעים וצונן, קבלת הפנים הנעימה ביותר שזכיתי לה בבית כלשהו. הוילה וסביבתה נראים כמו club med, הכל נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, פורח ומטופח מאוד. אנשים לבביים ומקסימים, המליצו לנו גם על חוף ים ממש יפה במרחק שעה שאליו מגיעים רק מקומיים, מומלץ בחום (תשאלו אותם ) היינו שם רק ללילה אחד כי למחרת הכל היה מוזמן לצערנו, ממש לא רצינו לעזוב, נקווה שנגיע לשם שוב תודה רבה על הכל🤗

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

Aleksandar was really nice, the house is really well located to visit Ostrog Monastery. I recommend!

Doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev küçük ama son derece şirin ve her detay düşünülmüş. Temizlik konusunda da gayet memnun kaldık. 5 kişi oldukça rahat ettik. Ormanlık alanın ortasında olmak, sabah kuş sesleriyle uyanmak ve akşamları yıldızları izlemek çok keyifliydi. Ev sahibi iletişime açık ve yardımseverdi. Isınmak hiç sorun değildi.. Yakındaki küçük köyde Panoramik manzara ve çok güzel ve küçük restoranı denemelisiniz.. Kasabadaki insanlar çok yardımseverdi.. Şehirden uzaklaşıp kafa dinlemek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz! En kısa sürede tekrar görüşmek üzere 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Me and my friends stayed at the house for 3 days and we were really sad to leave! Besides the amazing location and breathtaking view from the terrace, the house itself was very comfortable and clean with everything you might need during your stay. There’s a lake where you can go for a swim and we also really liked the cows walking around the village 🐮😍 We didn’t meet Varja but she was very friendly and gave clear instructions. Thanks a lot!! (we already decided to come back again! )

Great location close to the airport and halfway between Podgorica and Lake Skadar. Masha is super and was able to accommodate flexible check-in. Super clean place.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Svetlana! Diesmal sogar für 9 Nächte! Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf die Berge (von der tollen Terrasse)! Svetlana war wieder unglaublich freundlich und großzügig (ohne aufdringlich zu sein)! Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig! Dann kann mal viele verschiedene Ausflüge machen! Wir als Selbstversorger haben es ganz besonders genossen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und ausgiebig zu frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen! Man merkt gar nicht, wie die Zeit vergeht! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Srdjan and his wife are so nice. They waited for us laaaate in the night of our arrival, and still took the time to welcome us properly. They are very friendly and there were fruits and vegetables from the garden for us to eat, such a sweet attention. The house is greatly located if you seek peace and quiet, we loved to be in the mountain for a few days. The terrace has a great view and there were cats and turtles in the garden :). Thank you both again!

Ce fut un excellent séjour. Lydia et Goran sont des gens formidables, très accueillants, très chaleureux et très disponibles. Arrivés tard samedi soir, nous n'avions pas pu faire les courses et du coup ils nous ont servi un excellent petit déjeuner le dimanche matin (et aussi le jour de notre départ). Des fruits frais et de la grenadine maison étaient dans le frigo à notre arrivée. L'appartement situé au 1er étage de la maison est magnifique, spacieux, idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il y a aussi un studio supplémentaire à louer si on veut venir à plus. Il y a la climatisation et tout le nécessaire de toilette et la laverie (je tiens à le préciser car ce n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce). La situation géographique est idéale pour tout le centre (Ostrog, Niksic, Lac Skadar) et la côte adriatique (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj ...). Les trajets faisaient environ 1h ou 1h30. C'est un peu plus loin pour le Tara Canyon (2h30) par contre. Un grand merci à Lydia et Goran !

Great host and family who were always willing to help and answer any questions! Immaculate cute place - walking distance from Virpazar town but definitely secluded enough to feel private and cosy. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gibt in kurzer Entfernung einige schöne, etwas abenteuerliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zum Skarda-See und an die schmalen Straßen haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Die Gegend ist äußerst ruhig und wir haben einige erholsame Stunden auf der Terasse verbracht. Vormittags war es wunderbar warm, am Abend um diese Jahreszeit schon recht frisch. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola war einfach und ihm Haus gab es alles was wir brauchten.

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

We stayed at Marina's upstairs apartment for one night so we could catch an early flight out of Podgorica. She and her family welcomed us warmly and were a pleasure to chat with. The weather was hot the day we were there so we used the air conditioning unit which helped cool us off. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, we would highly recommend booking with Marina and her family!

Что хорошо: 1. Просторные уютные аппартаменты с двумя спальнями, салоном, балконом, прихожей, кухней и санузлом. Очень приятный дизайн интерьера. 2. Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.
