Hi – welcome to our modern and compact private free standing studio (325 sq ft), centrally located near restaurants, transportation and freeways. Bright and cozy, featuring private entrance, full stove, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s the perfect home base while you explore the city. NOTE this is a studio guest house on our property, and we do live in the front house. We may say hi if we see you. 1 car permit will be provided.

One bedroom comfortably fits 2 with separate bath, closet, and kitchenette with amenities. El Segundo STHSR Permit #43185. A city tax (TOT) is included in the nightly rate. Private entrance on lower level below home. WIFI. 5 minutes from LAX by car; 15 minutes to SOFI Stadium. 15 min. walk to beaches. Easy walk to "Mayberry"-style town. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Please NOTE: We will provide a safe and sanitized environment to ensure our guests have the healthiest, most comfortable stay.

Steps away from a bike lane to the beach. It features high ceilings, a newly built kitchenette, lovely courtyard, and parking. Centrally located to all of LA.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
