Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €500 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arriva after 5pm, let us know at least 24hs in advance and we'll coordinate with an agent to deliver you the keys. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.
