The apartment is renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to La Rambla and Plaça Catalunya! There are 4 bedrooms. Perfect for families and smaller groups. The four double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. There is also satellite tv. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more. Guests can request extra cleaning during their stay, subject to availability and an additional charge of 35€. -On the day of departure, the client must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness. Boutique Apartments 23 Barcelona will have the right to charge additional cleaning costs when the apartment is not in acceptable conditions, as well as the possible damages caused.
