“ Perfect Little Getaway Spot! We loved our stay at this charming little cottage—it was exactly what we needed for a peaceful night away. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was close to beautiful trails and nature spots, which made our short getaway feel like a real escape. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location, you can see the main road between Pikeville and Prestonsburg. Everything was as it was described, it was very clean and cozy. Prefect for two people. The host was nothing more than great and communicated great. If you’re in this area it’s well worth the price the host is asking. I travel a lot with my job and it was awesome to come to a place that felt cozy like coming home after work. Awesome place give it a try if you’re in the area.

Kelli’s place is close to everything . Very nice and clean . And Kelli was there for us if we needed anything . She has every thing for you .

Perfect location for trail riding, access directly across the street. We did rent both sides and it was perfect for our group. Parking can be a little tight but we did have 3 trucks with trailers and it was fine. Beds were all comfortable and the layout was great. The only issue we had was some type of electrical issue where we lost all power in the bathroom, luckily we did have some high powered flashlights so the bathroom and shower could still be used. We also had the 2nd attached unit so we still did have 1 fully functioning bathroom. We did contact the host and they asked if it was ok to be repaired after we left as we were only there 3 nights and it happened on our 2nd day so we were halfway through the stay. We agreed, I am sure if we would’ve said no something would’ve been done as the hosts were always responsive and the rental unit was cared for. We would definitely stay here again if staying on this side of the trail system.

We needed a place to stay for the night last minute and Valerie came through for us. When we asked about where to get small tools to repair a minor issue with our trail bike, her husband brought them right to us. Quality service we will never forget!

I thought Misty's place was great all around. It was very clean, nicely decorated and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was clean with ample bathroom supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were freshly cut flowers in the kitchen, a nice touch. There were various books in the apartment, one was about the history of Haysi, which I found interesting. We were there to visit the Breaks Interstate Park, and the apartment was very close to the park. The area where the house is located is not much to look at, but it was very quiet and peaceful. If we are ever back in the area I would stay here again. Misty was a great host, always responded quickly to my inquiries, and was very nice in her responses.

This was a great place to stay while we visited the area for work. With the recent flooding, hotels and rental houses were hard to find. This was great option for us.

Rachels place was amazing, not one thing to compalin about! She is so sweet and kind and even suprised us with a brand new outdoor seating area, with table and grill, all new! She is an exceptional host an I look forward to future stays there! Thank you for everything, especially the very warm hospitality!

Lovely home, with plenty of space for the family. My boys loved the kids room and bunk beds! Elkhorn was peaceful and beautiful. I didn’t get a chance to check out the Breaks park but maybe next time! I did see some elk on the side of the road though and that made the whole trip for me!

Wonderful place to stay. Riding distance to the trailhead. Worked out perfectly.

This is the perfect location for 3 different systems. Easy to get to and in a safe area, we were able to fit four trucks and trailers and could have easily fit another. The screened porch, fire pit and large living room were perfect hanging areas after a long day of riding. Brenda was so kind and very accommodating for our group. This place is homey and has everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Clean and relaxing. Our boys loved the dogs. We came to ride Hillbilly Trails, which did not disappoint. This rental is about 20 minutes from either trailhead. The road to the rental is very narrow. Our trailer is 84 inches wide, any wider and we wouldn’t have made it. Definitely recommend Shelby’s place and would stay again.
