This was my second time staying here — and definitely not the last. I’ve had many issues with other hosts in Thu Dau Mot, but this one never disappoints. The apartment is quiet, fairly new, and spotless. Highly recommend!

장점이 너무 많습니다. 한달동안 생활하면서 느낀점 1. 호스트가 너무 친절하고 필요한 걸 알아서 잘 챙겨줍니다. 2. 숙소가 너무나 깨끗합니다. 모든게 새것입니다. 주방조리용품도 새것입니다. 3. 수영장. 헬스장이 아주 좋습니다. 4. 주변에 한식당이 많이 있습니다. 현지 식당도 많이 있습니다. 5.아파트 단지에 작은마트가 3곳이 있습니다. 6. 엘리베이트가 8대인데 7대를 사용할수 있어서 빠르게 이동이 가능합니다. 단 한가지의 단점은 위치가 관광지와는 떨어져 있습니다. 그리고 술집이 있는데 사람들이 건배소리가 조금 들립니다. 전체적으로 너무나 마음에 드는 숙소입니다. 호치민에 다시 온다면 여긴 다시 찿을겁니다. 여긴 새 아파트입니다. 세탁기는 없지만 호스트가 세탁서비스를 무료로 해줍니다.

place was great and I loved the view from the balcony! it was my favorite spot to have morning coffee. also great that the place has a washing machine! And it was amazing to have shops around the bottom floor of the apartment and chill areas with built in sinks and grills. Just a great spot, check it out!

This building is pretty much new, so it's clean. The location may feel distant but there are a few good restaurants, spas, and a bank in walking distance. I liked this place instantly I actually decided to rent an apartment in the same building.

It is great place !! Host is very kind and helpful!! This area is growing up a lot and many new restaurants ! I love to stay here~ Highly recommend this place ~~~

25 dollars a night for such a big room, you get a kitchen, 1 bed, and 1 bath in this location. However, Vietnamese apartments do suffer from a mold issue due to its humidity which is not the airbnbs fault but HappyOne’s fault. Only downside is the fact it is on Dai Lo so it is hard to walk around

I am very glad that I rented a place here, I hope to move in here for a long time soon

입구에서 방까지의 거리가 보통먼것이 아니라 아주 심하게 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 걸어서 5분 이상의 거리가 필요합니다 캐리어를 가지고 들어가기가 많이 힘이 듭니다 그러나 연못도 있고 거위 수십마리와 닭들이 있습니다. 밤에는 개구리 소리도 있습니다. 나는 자연을 좋아합니다 근처에 나무를 가공 하는 곳도 있습니다. 이집은 나무로 만들었고 너무너무 훌륭하고 멋집니다 뷰가 매우 환상적입니다. 가끔 복잡한 도시를 떠나서 자연이 생각나면 나는 이곳을 너무 추천합니다. 나는 다음에 나의 사랑하는 부모님과 꼭 같이 오고싶습니다. 조금은 불편한감이 있습니다. 미리 먹을것을 사서 들어오길 바랍니다 그런데 호텔 품질의 침대와 근처 자연의 환상적인 뷰는 당신이 자연에 누워있다고 느낄정도로 완벽합니다 처음 나를 맞이해준 베트남 아주머니께 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 즐겁게 너무 편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 나는 어떠한 서비스도 받은것이 없지만 이글에는 나의 진심을 담았습니다 너무너무 추천합니다.
