Welcome to The Artist’s Loft! This unique stay at the historic Bradshaw Lofts downtown Stratford features a fully functional kitchen, ensuite laundry, large bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and a living space for relaxing, dining or working. All of this is contained by the historic elements the building has - natural timber, exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Run by a local artist and counsellor, we are committed to sharing the beautiful town that we have fallen in love with, with a personal touch.

The Loft on Downie - Downtown Stratford

Located on the top floor, with a view of downtown, our 450 square foot condo is steps away from the heart of downtown Stratford and all it has to offer including cozy coffee shops, elegant restaurants, the Avon Theatre, close to the famous Stratford festival, and other shops for all to enjoy. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or to enjoy as friends travelling together. Our condo offers all the essentials including a luxurious queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, a 55” smart TV and ensuite laundry.

The Old Blue Cottage of St. Marys

Placed perfectly only a half block from the Thames River in the hidden architectural wonderland that is St Marys, Ontario is the recently renovated ‘Old Blue Cottage’. Just south of Stratford, 20 minutes northeast of London and a little under an hour’s drive from Kitchener-Waterloo you’ll find this quaint two-bedroom retreat; one featuring a bunk bed, and principle bedroom with a walkout to the covered back deck. The City of Stratford has implemented a Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4%, which I have had to add to the nightly room fee.

Country getaway with Hottub & Outdoor Games

1880 hobby farm situated on 2.3 acres. In the summer we have outdoor games set up, like badminton. 10 mins to Brussels Four Winds Barn and Maple Lane Haven Events & Wedding Venue. This property has chickens from Spring to Fall. 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 king, 2 queen) 2 couches on main floor, one that pulls out to a queen bed. Please note pull out couch is located in the room behind the main living room.
