WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Secluded and very quiet but close to everything, just 10 minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, the beach and the state park.

A lovely century old home located on Ludington Avenue, the main street of beautiful downtown Ludington. Located within walking distance of the beach, marina, shopping, and restaurants. A short drive to many area attractions including the State Park with it’s miles of hiking trails, remote beaches and sand dunes. There are multiple destination golf courses. The nearby Pere Marquette River has world class trout fishing. There is salmon, perch, and lake trout fishing on Lake Michigan.

It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.
