The condo was very pretty and well laid out. Tried to communicate with the owner during our stay but got no response. There were fruit flies which were easily trapped. Storm destroyed the umbrella on the deck. No clear place to put our trash.

We really enjoyed this place! It is located very close to downtown making a lot of places walkable or just a short drive. Upon arrival it was clean and the instructions for check in and parking were easy to follow. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and included almost everything we needed. We also liked that the checkout process was simple! We would definitely stay here again.

Fred's place was absolutely fantastic. I had friends and family in from Florida and we had numerous activities to choose from. Restaurants are close by. I recommend The Paisley Pig Gastropub. Also, each night there was a fountain/light show within walking distance. Also, the sunset at the beach was beautiful. This was all on top of the beautiful place we stayed in. Finally, thank you very much Fred for helping out after we had checked out. You made it very easy for our party to come back and retrieve items that were very special.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Bruce was responsive and easy to work with.

Was so lucky to stay here for the Ironman 70.3. The apartment features floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony overlooking the lakeshore. Located directly on the beach and a short, easy walk to Main st and open space park. Apt is clean and comfortable.

Cozy and nice decor. I would recommend it to others and visit property again. But would rather a unit not off alley. At the opening of the alley and the alley is utilized by the unhoused community, and a gathering and hanging spot. I didn’t expect that, but it reflects the current affairs of our nation (a humble reality and reminder). In unit I could hear the gatherers and was worried that it would be noisy at night. But when I returned in the evening they were gone, and I did not see them anymore during my stay. Think they navigate the city accordingly, nomadically. Pub/restaurants open in close proximity and for the evening/weekend, the 1 night I was there, they never returned. I slept well. Close to our event location (graduations), and eateries – walking distance. Staying here accommodated nicely!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at James' place! The view of Portage Lake from the property was breathtaking, and the overall experience was top-notch. James and Lillian were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail, the cozy atmosphere, and their warm hospitality truly made this trip unforgettable. I can't wait to return and enjoy another stay in this incredible Airbnb. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay! Really cool space in the heart of downtown town Ludington. Ryan was super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations, including making sure we got seated at a restaurant he recommended. Would recommend!

Lovely one bedroom one bath apartment setting. Loved the private patio off our upstairs location with view of the lake. Pleasantly surprised to see “EO” supplied products in the bathroom shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and hand soap. I love and use these products in my home. Open kitchen into the living room. Nice size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small 2-burner electric stove top. I only used the cute little tea kettle. Nice comfy bed, we slept peacefully. Unfortunately we had an event 1/2 hr north and did not visit the town. We would definitely stay at the Dahlia House if in the area.

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

This was my second stay in this property this summer and it was as good as the first time. The location is perfect. Right on the trail system, close to the lake and easy access to downtown. Condo has anything and everything you need.

This was a great place to stay, the host was awesome to work with, very friendly and great response time. I really enjoyed staying there and was sad when it was over. It’s also a great place to stay with groups of people if you are on an outing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in that area.

Beautiful place right in the heart of Muskegon. Appreciated the clean space with a TON of space (especially outside!)

This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was super easy to find and get in/out of. There was plenty to do on the property and nearby!

We stayed over a week and it was very nice and peaceful. The condo was very clean and extremely cozy, felt like a home. The view off the balcony is great and Brad is an excellent host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it!

I would return in a heartbeat! This home was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and we felt right at home. We had exactly what we needed for 3 nights for a small getaway. The community pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is seven minutes from the beach, boat rental and restaurants. The value was great. I would happily stay here again.

We’ve been coming up to Michigan from Southeast MO for 30 years and have always loved our stay in Harbor Village. The community is always a great place for families, beautiful marina and beach with lots to do at the condos’ amenities. This condo was great for us and our two kids, as well as my brother and sister-in-law to share. Loved the large kitchen table, big couch, and fully stocked kitchen! The condo itself was very clean! Phil was very responsive with any questions I had. We had ZERO issues whatsoever during our trip thanks to their great planning! Can’t wait to return!
