Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

It is very close to Kotor Old Town, neighborhood is quite and safe. Parking space is covered our needs. Place was very clean and everything we need is provided by Nancy. Nancy’s son is so much helped us for our travel. We would like to thank them from here!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Branka und ihrem Mann zu Besuch. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die beiden sind fantastische Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett! Bei Fragen hatten Sie immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und als der Ofen nicht richtig funktioniert hat, haben Sie direkt einen Neuen bestellt und einbauen lassen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we've ever rented. The kitchen is fully equipped, you'll feel right at home. There is a front and back garden, the outdoor Jacuzzi has amazing views. The property is located in a peaceful and private area. We 100% recommend it.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great choice if you need to work remotely/do something on laptop consistently. Also flat is really cozy, enjoyed it. And Yeshill is definitely great host: responsive, clear instructions, local recommendations, funny jokes

Very beautiful place. It’s even better in real life then on photos. Everything was super clean, the host was very helpful and always in touch. There is a huge yard there, and you can get to the nice restaurant right through this yard and you’re right on the beach. It’s peaceful, beautiful and absolutely worth the stay!

Tamara was nice. Bojan helps a lot and very nice. I got free complimentary rose wine. Bojan makes everything nice for my trip. Appreciates it and ofc wanna back to this place in the future if coming again to montenegro. Cheers!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our Dobrota Heights apartment had the most stunning views, a lovely pool and a great location. It's within easy walking distance of a number of waterside restaurants, where you can enjoy drinks and a swim or watch the sun set over the mountains. Mike was super efficient at responding to messages and providing useful information prior to our arrival. He also put us in touch with Remote Control, the company that oversees the apartments, who were so very helpful in organising transfers for us, both to and from the airport. Big thanks to Mira, Daniel and Rida! It's very reassuring to have a team like that to reach out to if you're in a foreign country and need advice. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. A good sized fridge, easy to work oven/stove, washing machine, a lovely shower and a balcony big enough to sit out on, to look at the boats coming in & out of the bay or, if you're lucky, you may spot a dolphin. We have a great stay at Anastasja appartment. Everything was good and we enjoyed the weekend. The wiew from the balcony is so beautiful and the beach was nearby and we go walking. Maybe we come back a next time.

Ljiljana is een supervriendelijke dame, reageert erg snel op gelijk welke vraag. Haar mama en zoon ontvangden ons erg hartelijk. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht, het is ruim en alles is voorhanden. De wandeling naar Tivat is niet ver maar wel stijl. Spijtig dat er immense wegenwerken zijn om Tivat te bereiken of naar ergens te gaan.. daardoor altijd red lang onderweg (maar ljiljana kan daar uiteraard niets aan doen en eens de werken gedaan zijn zal het super zijn)

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Koliko god se trudio, ne mogu naći ni najmanju zamerku, sve je bilo kako treba, od komunikacije do uslova u iznajmljenom stanu. Olakšavajuće instrukcije, sve čisto, kuhinja funkcionalna, topla voda, lako dostupno, na petnaestak minuta od mora itd. Najtoplije preporučujem!

Amazing apartment perfectly located for exploring the Bay of Kotor with beautiful interior. The apartment was clean and well resourced with everything we could have asked for to ensure we had a relaxing week including items to make the apartment accessible for the children. The apartment is located walking distance from the old town, with nearby supermarkets and bakeries making it easy to grab items as needed. Radmila and her husband provided fantastic instructions to find the apartment and were always on hand to help or answer questions - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment in Kotor! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, i would recommend it if you are coming to Kotor by car. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great local tips and making us feel very welcome.

This was a fantastic apartment, with stunning views. We felt right at home! It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest access to the Bay of Kotor (small beach), with a beautiful promenade to walk along to reach old town. It will take around 40 minutes to leisurely walk to Kotor Old Town. There are steep hills to get to the apartment so I would recommend having a mode of transport or using the local taxis (which are great). Slobodan was a wonderful host, very responsive and great at giving local suggestions!
