Dog Friendly! Mid-Term Rental. Are you looking for a quiet secluded vacation away from the hustle and bustle? Look no further than our Pentwater cottage "As you wish." This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

Sunset Ridge "Nature View" Glampsite

Ready-to-camp glamping site sleeps 4 with a queen bed and two fold-out twin sleeper chairs. Inside, a coffee station with K-cups, mini fridge, and 5 gallons of fresh water. Enjoy sunset views over the wetlands, wildlife, a fire pit (bring wood or order bundles), Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table. The public beach is a short walk across the street. Sunset Ridge offers a playground, games, vault toilets, and walking trails. Bring your own bedding and pillows. No showers at this time.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Indoor or outdoor dining accomodations for up to 6 guest. Enjoy bon fire's and smores in the backyard fire pit, seats 6, split logs provided. Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!

Entire 3-story unit on Pentwater Lake, right on the water's edge ONE mile to town! Direct Lake MI access. Bring your boat and enjoy the 40' dock! Walk out to the firepit area, enjoy the upper deck for views or cooking out on the gas grill. Three bedrooms w/queens, three queen sofa sleepers, 2 1/2 baths. The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)

Pentwater Cozy Cottage with Bass Lake Access

Peace and nature abound at this cute, cozy cottage nestled in the woods - very near Pentwater and Ludington. Set up as a duplex. Guests have their own private entrance and 100% privacy of one side of home + front and side yard. Owners sometimes occupy other side of home + backyard. There are no shared entries or spaces. Come let the stress melt away in this very peaceful, clean and cozy cottage. Bass Lake access is just a short walk down the road.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

"Sailing" Cabin #1, Pentwater Lake

"Sailing" is roughly 400 square feet with an open floor plan and sleeps 6, between the double bed, bunk beds, and sofa sleeper. The living room features a sofa, chairs, and flat screen smart tv. The cabin has an updated bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The rental also provides access to paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, as available. The cabin sits on a couple of wooded acres on the lake, providing waterfront and woods with plenty to do.

Relax with the fireplace ambiance & enjoy the still waters- lakefront. Walk to a cafe or restaurant- year round. Make your way over to the Majestic Sand Dunes & Pure Lake Mi.
