Our goal is to offer affordable clean accommodations for people like us, who travel, not to spend time in our rooms but to explore the town, enjoy events or to visit family . We are not trying to compete with luxury hotels, and hope that people appreciate our efforts in providing an affordable, clean, quiet place to rest. (Much like a hotel suite, no kitchen)

The Hiking and biking trails will keep you busy all day. The backyard can be entertaining with several types of wildlife waiting for a peanut or 2. The main floor has a kitchen ,living/dining area plus a half bathroom Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with the main bathroom . The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in closet

Renovated 3 bedroom apartment in a 1880s Victorian home. This unit is truly an experience, with its 9 and 10 foot tall ceilings, soaker tub with antique fixtures, and beautiful original trim and mouldings, you will get the old Victorian charm with all the modern day amenities. This unit includes a beautiful primary bedroom with king bed, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, on site laundry, and an office area! Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
