Great accommodation for two. Cute decor and immaculately clean. Host was most friendly and helpful.

After losing both of my parents unexpectedly in the last 12 months, this was my first solo mini-vacation to try to find some inner peace again somehow. As a young female traveling alone, I felt extremely safe the entire time I was there. The condo is beautiful and was extremely clean in comparison to most places. You can tell their cleaning person actually takes their job seriously. Richard was extremely responsive and gave me all the necessary instructions to make check in and check out a breeze. He even checked in a few times just to make sure everything was going okay. I'll definitely rent this place again in the future and take more solo trips. I genuinely was sad to leave after 4 nights! I think next time I may do a week stay. It was everything you want in an Air BnB whether it's one person or a small family! I can't wait to come back again soon. Thank you, Richard and Kendyl, for a beautiful place to stay while I tried to find myself again and process my grief and loss.

The hostess was very responsive and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend it. It was a beautiful trip to this house, which overlooks the beach.

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

I would 100% recommend this beach condo. We didn’t have one Issue while staying at the condo. The decor is absolutely adorable and my 2 teenagers liked the bunk beds nestled in the wall. The beach was super easy to walk to and the pool is beautiful. I can’t wait to book our next vacation here. It was our first time visiting topsail and I was afraid the kids would be bored. Oh was I wrong! Great beach shops near by and the restaurants are super close too. Thank you Kelly for a wonderful condo for our vacation.

Stacey was super responsive to all messages--before and after booking, and during our stay! The condo was clean and a great layout for a couple to enjoy. There are a combo of regular and pocket doors to make it work for a party of more than two. The kitchen is beautiful and convenient. There are many comfortable seating options in the living room and wonderful balcony. The view, grounds, and beach are very beautiful and we very much enjoyed our FIRST visit to coastal NC! Mid-October found the ocean and pool (still open!) chilly but we got in both on the warmest days of our stay. We loved being able to walk a mile down the beach to Daddy Mac's Beach Grille. We walked down the road to High Waters Bar and Grill one day and wished there were more sidewalks. Both places were great for dinners.

My family recently stayed at Joseph’s place and had a wonderful experience! The location was unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth. The inside of the rental was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From kitchen supplies to cozy furniture, nothing was missing. We also felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, with secure entrances. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay by the beach!

Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

Denise is a very thoughtful host and made sure we had a wonderful stay (including our dogs). The house was everything we expected it to be from the pictures. We had everything we needed to feel like we were home. Its location right in front of the ocean was awesome. The many porches (one off each bedroom and 2 facing the ocean) were very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you, Denise for sharing your beautiful home!

Great home with owners that cater to their guests. All the amenities were provided including s’mores over the fire pit. So many thoughtful items provided or available. We felt they wanted us to enjoy our stay. House provides room, comfort, quiet and fun. Great trip and loved our stay.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

The street was easy to find off the highway. House was clearly marked. I arrived at night day before Thanksgiving, I had a personal issue and the Host responded within minutes! House was warm and clean. Photos match description. Private back porch table and chairs. Very comfortable bed. Peaceful, safe family neighborhood. Only minutes to groceries, restaurants and highway 50 to Topsail Island. I stayed Thanksgiving to visit family. (Wed -Mon) Cooked in kitchen. I had everything I needed. Wifi worked great. Plenty of hot water and hangers in the closets. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stayed longer. I took doggie bags and bed for our dog. Not wheelchair accessible. I saw toy box for kids. Lots of books. The only thing I'd take next time is my own Roku if my teen son was with me. The TV had Sling TV available. I didn'twatch TV so idk about local channels. plenty of kid shows on Sling for family. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to my host!

Couldn’t get a better location. The house was perfect. Didn’t feel like we ever had to leave but nice knowing that things were within 10 mins if we needed anything

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

Our stay at Sherry’s place was really perfect. The decor was bright and clean! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom and shower were nice and the bed very comfortable! Sitting on the porch and seeing the beautiful green ocean all the time is so soothing. We saw many sea birds including the visiting red throat loons which will be migrating soon. We saw dolphins every day. A quick walk to the beach and you see stunning sunrises. There is plenty to do during the day. The beach, Serenity Point, a walk over the bridge, Sound Side Park to see a beautiful sunset. We also were able to take day trips to Wilmington River Front, Airlie Gardens (a must) and Fort Fisher Aquarium. A tour of The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation supports the wonderful work they do there which is near ad dear to my heart. Our days were busy but we looked forward to returning to the condo and having a glass of wine on the porch and an evening walk on the beach. We will unquestionably be coming

This place is wonderful. Very well laid out and perfect for my family of 3. It's a perfect location in Surf City, and it's so close to the beach! Everything about our stay was easy and we will be back.

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent stay. The location was unparalleled, offering breathtaking oceanfront views. The vistas of the sea from the private balcony were stunning. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Dwen’s condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice. I’ve never seen a kitchen so stocked with supplies. Dwen was very responsive with any concerns we had and addressed them quickly. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thanks Dwen!

Jeremy and Melissa's place was great. Just as described. You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. When my daughter left her beloved stuffed animal, they responded right away and helped me make arrangements to get it back to her. Lovey home, lovely hosts!

Kimberly’s place was exactly what we were looking for! Close to restaurants & shops in Surf City but also very close to the beach. It had everything we needed, very convenient and easy to find. We loved all of the beach equipment available for use and the view from the balcony was amazing! Topsail Island is an amazing destination and Kimberly’s place was the icing on the cake! We loved our stay!

The condo was very clean and well updated. The entire complex was well-kept up and it stood out, including the landscaping, pool, everything. The place itself was real comfortable and felt like a home. I was there a week and it was perfect, plus the beach is right there, a few minutes from my unit and overlooked the pool and yard around it. Plus, I was on the lowest floor so no flights of stairs, just the garage level below me. I would go back in heartbeat.
