Facilities: a super-king sized bed (also available as two twin beds), desk, armchairs /footstools, TV, dining table and chairs. Situated behind the cathedral the studio is very peaceful yet very central, with views over Peel Hill. Parking is available off-road. Visit Isle of Man official grading: 4 star silver

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
