The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal . The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

The best is Marlene's caretaker, sweet couple to take care of all needs. Marlene.. I would give you 30% credit and rest 70% credit to Kaka and Kaki.. Amazing stay.. defenitely recommend to others. :)

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

We stayed here for 2 nights we liked the place the helper and maid was helpful. Ajay was very much available whenever needed.

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Communication was quick, and they even provided thoughtful recommendations for places to visit nearby. I felt right at home! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This resort is a haven for nature lovers. The non-AC cabins are comfortable, and the lakefront views are mesmerizing. The privacy of each stay option is a huge plus. The proximity to Pawna Dam makes it even better!

The food was honestly amazing every meal felt like a treat. The host was always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment I booked, he was active in communication, making sure everything was smooth and that I had all the info I needed. And don’t even get me started on the view—it was breathtaking. I had an opportunity to stay at Rina's place with my wife for a weekend in March 2025. Before the check-in everything was well communicated along with the food options. The Caretaker at property insured on the check-in morning whether everything was as per the plan. On arriving we were warmly welcomed by Kisan and Sopan. Both of them are welcoming. Property is located on the bank of a river and property is quite large with a swimming pool and mediation area. It's quite an peaceful. Rooms are spacious and we loved how the interior was planned. I am an IKEA fan myself so I loved it personally. Food is good. Property being in a village location has an electricity issue which is very common in Karjat but host made sure that we don't have any trouble in our stay. I would highly recommend this place only for such people who are looking for a quite, peaceful and comfortable stay. This place would be amazing in monsoon.
