At La Vista del Mar we have two new units "The View" and "The Nest". Each accommodates two adults and if necessary arrangements can be made for a third person. The property and units were recently renovated and offer a quiet and relaxing setting right on the beach with private beach entrance and private beach shower. Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.
