This special place is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars, & night life, making it easy to plan your visit. This adorable 1-bedroom cottage sits on the Cotee River in downtown NPR. This property has a private dock with boating/jet ski/kayak access to the Gulf of Mexico along with docking access to several restaurants along the river and close to NPR boat ramp. Bask in the sun in an incredible champagne pool & hot-tub heated-in the winter months. NPR is golf cart friendly community.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

This comfortable space features one bedroom with a king size bed along with built in bunk beds in the main living area. Savor a morning cup of coffee in the screened back porch while enjoying the beautiful tropical foliage. Chickens, goats, cows, and a horse forage nearby. You could possibly be entertained by the goats playing on the roof-tops.

We are not a business (nor are we owned by a business) therefore we do not conduct our hospitality like a business, but rather as hosts looking to meet and make new friends! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. One bedroom with queen bed and seperate twin bed in adjacent alcove space. There is also a fold down, full size sofa bed in the separate living room available to accommodate up to 4 adults. A pack-n-play is also available. The screened in, outdoor patio is a great place to relax and enjoy outdoor dining.

This peaceful cottage with queen bed and full bathroom is the perfect spot for a writer’s retreat or couple’s getaway. Centrally-located close to downtown New Port Richey yet tucked into lush riverine subtropical forest, you are steps away from the beautiful tannin waters of the upper Cotee River.

Rustic cabin 3 miles from Dade City, San Antonio and Saint Leo, Florida. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. Imagine glamping+++. Campground feel with more amenities, comfort and privacy.
