We stayed in this home while visit g family for two weeks. In a pleasant surprise, the home was better than advertised. The adjacent studio space was a game changer for having two adults working from home as well as providing a separate space to set up a play yard at night. The host was very responsive. We had an a/c issue on Sunday morning and the unit was repaired completely by early evening (in other rentals, this same type of issue has taken days to fix). We were impressed and will keep this rental in mind for future trips.

Mr. Millers is very friendly and kind. He is willing to answer any questions and help you to the best of his ability.

Jim was amazing to work with. He answered every question we had in a timely manner and was so kind and helpful. He had a cancelation on a golf cart and even gave us the golf cart complimentary for the weekend to explore the grounds at Paradise. He met us and showed us all around our unit. Had some great jokes to share as well. He was just a delight. The condo had everything we needed for the weekend and was very comfortable. The view from the back porch was nice to have dinner out there looking at the water view. The resort is close by as well. We will definitely be back to stay at Jim's place again.

This is our 4th time using Jim and Lindsay, and each time has been spot on. from check in to anything we might need. easy to reach, and right on top if there is any kind of problem. We will be using them over and over again.

It was really an amazing week, very beautiful surroundings, close to other attractions like outlets, malls, restaurants...etc and overall, the host was very responsive and welcoming will be back again for sure.

The apartment has everything you need to have pleasant, relaxed time with all the space and nature around you. If I could give you a higher score, I would. You get a quick response if you have any questions or concerns. The kitchen and all of the rooms are amazing. The amenities were plenty and the view is astonishing, very private and quiet. Our grandchildren fell in love with the property and did not want to leave. From the moment you drive on to the property, the peace and serenity blows you away instantly. The view of the lake behind it are so much fun to relax and clear your mind. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to return. You will have us back again. An amazing experience from start to finish. Jim provided detailed instructions for check in and met us to show us around. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. Already looking forward to our next visit!

You are staying right in the Saddlebrook Resort just about a ten minute walk from the main lobby. Very peaceful and sitting right on the green.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Cheralyn was so responsive whenever I had a question and gave helpful directions. The listing matched the place entirely and I felt right at home. Definitely would recommend her and this apartment!

Great hosts. Always avaliable for questions. Nice quite and clean. Nice area to walk around in the community. But read all about staying there. This is a clothing optional community. So you may or will run into nude guests or residents. Would definitely stay again.

This place is gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. Kevin and Tina really thought of everything you could possibly need and more. The sunsets from the patio every night were truly breathtaking and the highlight of my stay!

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

A beautiful condo that looks out on the water. My first day I was on the balcony and looked down and saw dolphins. The place had everything you could think of! I was surprised that I didn’t need to bring paper products because they were provided. This is my 3rd rental place since June and first time that’s happened. The beds were so comfy and you had all of the comforts of home. Frank was extremely responsive to any questions and provided tips about places to eat. Sam’s Beach Bar is the best (thanks Frank). The layout of the condo and the decorating will make you never want to leave!

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

I recently stayed at Bo's place for a week and it was an excellent experience! Bo is a wonderful host who always responded promptly to any questions I had. Saddlebrook is a nice and quiet area with great neighbors, making it a perfect getaway. The peaceful atmosphere really added to my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the building has thin ceilings, so you can hear the residents upstairs. This was a minor issue for me, but overall, it didn't detract from the fantastic time I had. I highly recommend Bo's place for a relaxing stay!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.
