Secluded Ranch Tiny Home

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

Welcome to our beautiful home! This home began as a project and a dream for us starting in 2017 finishing in 2020. The 3 bedroom 3 full bath home is complete with the simplicity of a ranch style house and the modern amenities of a newly built home, including a custom coffee maker, full range stove, large kitchen island. Sitting on three acres within the middle of wine country, the views from the wrap around porch are enough to make one want to stay at the house all day.

The Hideaway House, located two miles away from Vinyl Vineyards, features an open floor plan with a Queen bed, full bath, fully stocked modern kitchen, stylish contemporary decor, high speed internet, smart TV, deck, BBQ, outdoor table, private pool, tennis courts, firepit, jaw dropping vista views of vineyards and the 35 acre wooded property. 2 parking spots. Linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies provided.
