Jahrhunderts erbaut, mit ebenerdigen Gewerbehallen aus Backstein und einem 2-stöckigen Backstein-Kopfbau, der zugleich die Ferienwohnung beherbergt.

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Es ist modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Lang- oder Kurzurlaub braucht.
