Best properties we stayed at in a while! Very peaceful and quiet. We had a blast hanging out at the lake during the day and by the fire pit at night. highly recommend!

This was a great spot for our rather large group to gather and enjoy a couple days at the beach. Even though there are many other residences close by and within view, the back canal/dock area was quite lovely and comfortable, and the location was great for accessing (even walking to) the beach. There is also a great restaurant (The Back Forty) within an easy walk. The house is nicely set up for easy and comfortable social gathering while offering individuals private space to retreat for privacy and sleeping. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a nice beach vacation with a medium to large size group.

We had a great time at this place. The dock was perfect for docking our boat . We loved the seating outside close to the canal and the fire pit and screen in porch. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and it felt like home away from home.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

A peaceful getaway. We were impressed by the cleanliness and it was well equipped. We did have a good signal on our phones with Verizon. Close to the waterways, fish camps, campgrounds, and ramps to put your boat in. Very helpful owners of the camps and great seafood at Drifters Restaurant on the St Johns. Dollar General close by for several needs. Looking forward to going back to explore the waterways and fishing. any time I messaged Laura, she responded within minutes. Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. We loved this place, and it was perfect for our needs. We needed a casual jump-off point for town, which was 10-15 minutes away from the property. the neighborhood was pretty also. The house was quiet. I would caution anyone who is unsteady with stairs (such as with a medical issue that affects mobility) as the staircase is tall and feels long. Our favorite thing was the book of recommendations from the host for food, coffee and things to see.

We will be back in April, the camp was so clean and well maintained.

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Deanna and Rabbit were by far the most friendly and accommodating people. Communication was very prompt and helpful. Very helpful. We felt right at home. The home was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for our family. We had a great time and I highly recommend to anyone. Already looking at dates to return!

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Everyone is welcome here. Met some very interesting people and wildlife. Kennedy is a talented and gracious host. Great time meeting new people. Totally recommend for any open minded people and even some “not so open minded” folks as well.

This was a perfect spot for our dance competition and fit everyone comfortably!

Lovely place. Everything was nice even the pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. Not your usual AirBnB. Beds were excellent and the furniture inside and out was nice and comfortable. Easy 20 min walk to St. George St. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!
