Walkover to private beach is through the backyard path outside the fence that leads to the sidewalk to A1A, two houses over before White House trimmed in blue across the street marked Painters Walk. 2nd walkover is across from the main entrance. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.
