Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. "Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Charming historic brick home built in 1905. It is very cozy & has lots of character. This house is on a quiet dead end street. We have a relaxing front porch & back patio. There are many great outdoor spaces on the property for adults & kids. Big sandbox & play house. We are walking distance (1 block) from downtown Palisade. Park your car & walk or ride a bike all weekend! You are a 3-10 minute walk from the grocery store, bike shop, bakery, distillery, brewery, restaurants, park, pool & more!

Located on the Scenic Fruit & Wine Byway the Carriage House is on our organic three-acre peach farm within easy biking distance to downtown Palisade, surrounding wineries & hiking trails. Enjoy downtown Palisade's farmers market, distillery, brewery & restaurants. We're moments from many wineries & trailheads including access to The Plunge, Mt. Garfield, Palisade Rim & Riverbend Park. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.
