I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was nice, it was in a cluster housing complex, but we felt very private and at home with our place. The staffs and security are super friendly, there are accessible markets near the place, and facilities was superb. Would recommend

The place was exactly like the pictures! The bedrooms are so great. It's so perfect for 10+ people because it was so large and spacious. The bathrooms are okay, the only nice bathroom is the largest. The bathroom near the kitchens are very small and there were lots of flying insects. We had hard times finding the villa because it has different location point on Gojek. The amenities and service are incredible! They had everything for eating and cooking. They even had microphone, brooms, and mop. Just lack of mats for us to dry down after swimming. Also, the swimming pool is very nice! Host is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time overall. Thank you very much.

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

7명이 지낼 숙소를 찾아보았는데 숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 1층은에어콘이 없지만 실링팬을 켜두면 괜찮습니다. 수영장에서 수영은 못했지만 모여서 발 담고 수다떨었어요. 체크인 전 / 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 잇는지 문의했는데 매우 친절하게 가능하다고 했습니다. 여러명이 가신다면 추천합니다

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya bersih banget sesuai dengan deskripsi dan fotonya. Menginap di sini karena akan ada acara di ICE BSD yang lokasinya cukup dekat dengan rumah ini We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Kak Figo and family

depends on what you're looking for, but for the price you'll get an entire tiny hom in a very nice neighborhood and a great jumping point to explore serpong/BSD area.

The place is located in strategic location and easy to find. The facilities provided are very complete and comfortable for a family stay. David also responsive and warm. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors and a private, comforting atmosphere. It felt like the ideal place to start a healing journey, calm and a little secluded, yet still walkable to nearby stalls, cafes, and stores. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips that made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and convenience.

It was a good experience, right from the beginning. Always responsive and helpful, even had a staff ready to come by and help with any issue. Great location, if you want to walk to a mall, there’s Aeon mall nearby; lots of small shops in the neighborhood all within walking range. If you stay here, you’d be greeted with water bottles and some munchies, thank you! The place is clean and enjoyable. All in all, twas worth the money. Thanks, Asma. 4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Lokasinya mudah ditemukan melalui maps dan sangat akurat. tidak bising, jelas jauh dari keramaian dan temptnya sangat nyaman. ada fasilitas entertainment yang mencukupi kebutuhan kami. keperluan memasak, kebersihan juga sangat lengkap

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Great stay, dealt with lovely folks who made our stay easier than expected. Place was easy to find, central to the area I hoped. The place is also really lovely, only notes that the living area can get quite warm even with AC, there’s a lot of ants so you can’t leave any food around in the open at all and some amenities are quite dated but nevertheless everything worked out well and was comfortable (especially living room).

Exactly looks like the picture..clean and spacious...the host very responsive almost all the time and provide almost everything we need...thank you its a wonderful experience to stay here
