You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Guest experience is our top priority; with owners less than 10 mins. away, we are here to help if you need it! A private "duplex" style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista's Back 40. Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats, no exceptions.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Sumerset Cottage was specifically designed to offer a place of calm and peaceful relaxation. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.
