Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

KS Waterfront Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If looking for a place to relax this might be the one. From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset. The cottage can accommodate 4 guest, 1 bedroom queen bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room. Lots of tourist attraction close by and resort golf and tennis club just around the corner.

Hummingbird Cottage

The Hummingbird cottage is set back from the road with 3 other cottages. Fully equipped with all the extras! Our cottages are conveniently located in the populair north shore area. 20 min away from Charlottetown and Cavendish, and only 5 min away from Brackley Beach. Each tip of the island is easily reached within an 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to gather your family for a get-a-way and a central place to explore the island!

We now have a fully renovated, waterfront cottage available for weekend getaways or extended escapes. An open concept complete with a Queen bed and two twins bunks, kitchen, bathroom, deck and private hot tub. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.

This guest suite is located 20 minutes away from Charlottetown, and 5 minutes from Prince Edward Island National Park (and the beach). It's about 20 minutes away from the famous Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables house. This 2-bedroom suite has a private entrance with free parking.
