Group of mid 30 something’s stayed here for a long ski weekend! Plenty of space for us to spread out! Did a lot more hanging around the house than initially planned thanks to uncooperative weather, but there was plenty of games/puzzles in the house for us to use!

I would absolutely stay here again! The check-in process was smooth, and Michael was incredibly flexible and responsive to any questions we had. The directions to the property were clear and easy to follow. Although we didn't cook while we were there, the place had everthing you would need to host. The house comfortably accommodated all six of us for the night, and since the weather was beautiful, we spent much of our time enjoying the stunning backyard. The entire setup was absolutely perfect—couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Our Easter family gathering of 9 days was absolutely beautiful with access to all the amenities enjoying their gourmet kitchen. A wonderful surprise was a bassinet for our 2 month old grandchild was fantastic for us to enjoy her naps in the living room with peaceful views. The mountain views and their large yard - provided daily exercise for my son's dog. The host was extremely responsive with questions. We will be sure to return to this scenic beautiful / comfortable home. Great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna too! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

great place for a group of friends to get away from the city ! hot tub was spacious, pool table was a great addition to the house, and the large property was awesome for exploring the woods. overall, 10/10 would definitely come back !! only downside, there were only 11 forks for 12 guests !

Went with two other families to ski at Mount Abram. This is a great spot. Perfectly situated to start at the west side lift. Fun space. Great open space for families to hang out and fun basement area for kids.

Great location, Hot tubs a bonus! The kids loved the toys and the games were a hit for all ages. Only wish there was a returnable bin in the house somewhere but other than that excellent stay and a wonderful location

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

We recently had a nice and enjoyable stay at this house. It was on a quiet street, great for walking our dogs, and easy to get in to. Like others have said, our code would not work on arrival so we had to spend a few minutes waiting to hear back to figure that out, but they responded quickly. The house was clean and easy to find things. Whoever chose the records did a great job, I was pumped to find Def Leppards 'Pyromania', The Cars' 'Heartbeat City' and The Loaf's 'Bat Out Of Hell'. Unfortunately, there were Eagles records, but we can't all be perfect. The only things to note for others guests: The check-in time of 5pm and a check-out of 10am makes you feel like you are losing time on the property, would love to see either of those moved by a couple of hours. There is also a lack of some important cooking items. The only flat baking sheet was covered in burnt items and there was nothing else like it to use in the oven. If you like Japanese food, be sure to visit BarKosho!!

Gorgeous house on the lake. Fits 12 adults comfortably if you are all happy with sharing sleeping space. The house has a massive layout that is perfect for a group setting. 15 minute drive from Sunday River. Amenities were exactly as described. We enjoyed hanging out, using the kitchen to cook, and hanging out at the hot tub at night. Would book again!

We had a great late October stay for our honeymoon. The cabin was definitely warm enough for the 30 degree temperatures. Hot tub was amazing, that was clean as well. The outdoor kitchen was very convenient, even when it rains the kitchen is still covered. We had an amazing stay, will be visiting again!

Our stay was excellent! The home was perfect for our family , enjoying the local skiing and winter activities. Sergey was responsive and we look forward to staying again.

My wife and I had an amazing time! We were looking to relax for a few days and this was the place! The peaceful environment and welcoming house made it very easy to unwind and escape from our busy lives. Lisa was also very responsive whenever we had any questions!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Maine to just reset, write, spend time with family look no further. The experience here was wonderful to the point I will absolutely be booking again. I loved the way this home was decorated to match the vibe of the area. everything was clean and accommodating. The owners definitely cater the experience based on what's best for the renter. It was the subtle things that really made the experience. All in all highly recommend! Thank you again to the owners!

We loved our stay! We went in the off season from skiing and it was beautiful and peaceful. We were able to relax, there is good food nearby and awesome hikes. The cabin was very clean and well maintained and Carly was super communicative.

The house was as listed on website and even better. The space was clean and open and stocked with all the "could need" amenities. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 3 kids. The layout between top and bottom made a great separation for privacy and down time. The hot tub was perfect after playing in the snow. We had a small maintenance request and the responsiveness and friendly nature put this host on a next level. They are great hosts and the property + tree house were perfect. We would love to try the location during the warmer months. Thanks for everything!
