One bathroom is completely ADA accessible including a roll-in shower. The bedrooms consist of 3 rooms with queen size beds and 1 with a full size bed. The home also features a spacious family room with a large screen TV, a living room, open kitchen/dining, and 2 covered porches that are wheel chair accessible.

We are on M-52, and you may hear occasional road noise when outside, but we are a little way off the road.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
