A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Bozidar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Restoran, plaj, gezilecek yerler gibi birçok yeri gönderdi. Bizi o karşılayıp eve götürdü. Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzel. Gayet temizdi. Manzarası ve balkonu çok güzel. Tatilim boyunca sorduğum sorulara hızlı ve samimi bir şekilde cevap verdi. Tatil sonunda ince düşünceli davranarak bizim için hediyeler almıştı. Bir daha yolum düşerse kesinlikle kendisi ile iletişime geçerim ve herkese tavsiye ederim 🍀

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

Konaklama yeri fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. Havuz ve jakuzi olması çok rahatlatıcı. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü dost canlısı. Montenegronun gezilmesi gereken yerlerine çok yakın. Güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar montonegroya gelirsek burada kalmak isteriz.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Είναι ένα πάρα πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, μέσα στα τείχη της παλιάς πόλης του Κότορ, με εξαιρετικά άνετα κρεβάτια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάρα πολύ βοηθητικός καθώς ήρθε να μας βοηθήσει να το βρούμε, γιατί δεν είχαμε σήμα στο GPS. Μας έδωσε όποια πληροφορία χρειαστήκαμε και τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας σε περίπτωση ανάγκης. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα, ήταν μία εξαιρετική επιλογή!

Großzügige, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Gut für 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleinere Kinder. Großartiger Blick bei jedem Wetter und jeder Uhrzeit. Nina war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Waschmittel gegeben und etwas länger bleiben lassen, weil unser Flug erst abends ging. Im Stockwerk unten wird noch gebaut. Auch der Garten ist eher Wildnis und Baustelle mit vielen netten Katzen. Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil, da muss man etwas aufpassen, wenn das Auto wenig Bodenfreiheit hat. Es fährt zwar ein Bus nach Kotor, dennoch braucht man hier im Urlaub auf jeden Fall ein Auto und gute Nerven. Wir waren Anfang Oktober hier und fanden es sehr schön!

Wir haben es sehr genossen bei Anita. Die private Schwimm-Plattform war auch für den Sundowner bestens geeignet und wurde von uns viel genutzt, da die kleine Terrasse zur viel befahrenen Straße rausgeht. Wir habe viele tolle Tipps bekommen von Anita und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke hat alles, was man auf die Schnelle braucht und vergessen hat, einzukaufen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Pobyt u Delmy był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Lokalizacja jest świetna, dzięki czemu wszystko jest w zasięgu ręki. Mieszkanie wygląda znacznie lepiej niż na zdjęciach, a olbrzymi taras, z którego można podziwiać niemalże całą Budvę i góry to rewelacja. Gorąco polecam.

Iva est une hôte très disponible et très à l'écoute. L' appartement est bien situé, superbe terrasse et une super vue sur la baie de Kotor. L'emplacement parking est un vrai plus à Kotor. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ! Merci Iva pour ton accueil

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Wat een fantastische plek! We werden zo warm en liefdevol ontvangen door de eigenaren – echt mensen met een hart van goud. Super gastvrij, zorgzaam en oprecht lief, zowel voor ons als voor de dieren. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Echt de allerliefste mensen ooit. Een verblijf om nooit te vergeten!

I can’t recommend Dusanka’s place enough. The house is a beautiful stone house, located right by the sea. The pictures don’t do it justice. Dusanka herself has been very helpful and friendly. We felt right at home. I would definitely revisit.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

My family and me (family of 5) had a wonderful time in Tivat, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and a child. The pool and grill available made our trip even better since it was nice to cool off in the pool during the hot day. Just over the road from the apartment you can find two grocery stores which have all the necessities. The sea with an amazing view is just a short walk from the airbnb. Djuro was a great host, he gave some good tips for restaurants but also organised transfer both from and to the airport. If we ever go to Montenegro again we will definitely stay here.

I cannot say enough good about Jelena, her husband and their place. First of all they are so kind, so helpful always quick to communicate and went above and beyond. I've never stayed at an Airbnb where they refilled your toilet paper and dish detergent and came to change the sheets halfway through. It was just wonderful to stay there. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and we love the area of town that it's in. It was a nice 12 to 15 minute walk into town and just a great location on the bay. We cook a lot and at one point said that the pan she had was having food stick to it and she went out the next day and bought us a pan. Like I said, just above and beyond service and just the kindest people. They even arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. I loved this Airbnb, it was the best one I've ever stayed in. Due to the apartment, the location, great Wi-Fi for working from home and the host were wonderful. I highly recommend!

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at this beautiful home. The location and views were incredible and the family went out of their way to make it special and were very attentive. We visited in April and the pool was freezing cold, and not possible to swim in with children, but we had expected this due to the time of year. The accommodation was simple but effective and it was a great base for exploring the coastline.

We had a great stay at villa branka! Kotor is a beautiful area with lots to do :) Nikola is a great host and was very helpful when there were problems. For example, the garage door closed on our rental car (which was our own fault). We didn't really know what to do next in terms of insurance and so on, so Nikola went and contacted the company we rented the car from for us, which was incredibly kind. I would definitely recommend Villa Branka!

Great villa for a party of six. Spacious and clean. Several bathrooms and airco everywhere. Large pool and jetty for swimming in the bay. Great view on the bay and mountains too. Too far from Kotor old town (beautiful!) to walk, traffic in the summer months is crazy. Great restaurants in the area and small supermarkets as well. 15 mins from Tivat airport (50 mins during summer months). Ana is a fine host. Super fast answering our questions with a customer centric focus. Highly recommended!
